Been through the drive-thru a few times and always had good, fairly fast and accurate service. Last time there were 6 to 7 cars already in the drive-thru so I went in. First I see a dead cockroach on the floor then I find my shoes stick to the carpet. Inside was just dirty and service was extra slow

They need a staff that knows how to talk to people. They have absolutely no idea on how to work with outside company’s (grub hub, ubereats, Doordash). We are just a stepping stone to customer. So we should be treated like a customer would be treated. If you can’t make an effort to smile or offer a greeting, get out of customer service completely. Seriously…..take some people 101 classes and maybe just maybe look presentable and smile

Sat in the drive thru along with 6 other vehicles and no one ever answered the speaker. You could see 1 person in the back so I guess he didn’t have any help so he wasn’t working. I pulled off after waiting for about 15 minutes.

I want to give no stars. I order a $5 Big Bag. When it open my double stack sandwich, the first thing i saw was a long black hair string in and on my sandwich. I politely took the sandwich back and lady at the store told me it was my hair and I don’t even have long hair I have a short haircut. I won’t ever eat there again.
