So when your truck driver and you try to eat healthy, and there’s not very many choices that are open, but you know you like the apple pecan chicken salad from Wendy’s, that’s your choice. I was unexpected it to be this good, with fresh, hot chicken, and it to be loaded with chicken! I could only eat half of it. What was crazy as they even asked for a tip when you used to payment method with your debit card. I gave a dollar before I saw the amount of chicken they put on here. A really good salad. I’m glad I got it. I also wish I would’ve tipped more.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. The service was unbelievably slow — I waited forever just to place my order, and even longer to actually receive it. The staff looked completely disorganized, like they had no idea what they were doing or just didn’t care. No sense of urgency, no apologies, nothing. By the time I finally got my food, it was cold and thrown together like an afterthought. If this is how they operate, it’s a total embarrassment to the brand. Save your time and go literally anywhere else

Overcharged me for drinks and the counter staff looks absolutely uninterested and did not manage to resolve my issue. Came at 1030am in the morning and there was not much queue. Food is prepared fresh and no issues there but truly like what all other reviews showed, there is completely no service at all. Good luck if you even have any special orders

HORRIFIC SERVICE!!! Don’t waste your money nor time! A service center is designed to be fast for customers to travel and be prepared to grab and get back on the road!!! The WORST SERVICE AND SPEAKING IN creole and talking and giving attitude and the disrespect. The worst service ever experienced waiting over 35 minutes for a single sandwich!!! The employees are carlees and very rude and disrespectful!!! Even the manger was careless. Ridiculous!

My son ordered a wrap combo and I ordered the taco salad. we waited 15 min for the food and watched two other orders delivered before us. when I opened my salad in the car, I found there was no chili on it. my son’s wrap was falling apart. the workers really seem to hate their job as no more moved with energy or enthusiasm and did not soeak with each other or the customers.

Service? There is a kiosk and 3 employees who do not work the register. They ask for a tip though!
Food? Wendy’s typical food. Average fast food.
Atmosphere? This travel center has gone down hill so far you may as well be on a water slide.
There were 8 people on the “preparing board” that I’m assuming was broken because there weren’t 8 people standing around.
Atrocious in all levels. Avoid at all costs.

This place felt like they were on a mission to deliver the absolute worst customer service experience ever. 30mins to get a sandwich and fries that was cold by the time I got it because it sat with about 5 other orders on the counter for 15mins while nobody decided to bag and hand out customer orders.
3 of the 4 staff looked like they’d rather be anywhere else but there and showed no interest in the massive lineup of customers waiting for their food.
The screen that was supposed to advise where your order was in the process was not working and looked like it just needed a reboot but noone could be bothered.
The manager came out one time and looked entirely disinterested and didn’t even consider helping speed things along or ‘managing’ anything.
Counter messy, packets of ketchup on the kitchen floor that staff walked by over and over again with noone thinking…”that shouldn’t be there” and you can see clearly why so many people rate this place so poorly.
Only stop if you have 40mins to burn and don’t mind cold chewy fries.

I never write a bad reviews but this Wendy’s is actually horrible.
The sloths in Zootopia moved quicker than these employees. I understand it’s a minimum wage job, but I would leave a negative tip if I could.

The food was food, service took so long to get our food out but I don’t blame the employees, I blame the management because why is there only 2 employees cooking everything up?? Get more people up in there.

Slowest workers ever. 40 minutes for nuggets, a sandwich and fries. You can tell they were intentionally going slow too fulfilling one order ever 15 minutes. Don’t blame them too much im sure they hate their job.
