I was impressed by my visit here today. I was at Burger King and they didn’t have Mello Yello at their soda fountain, but luckily Wendy’s did. Their selection is enormous! I ordered a Biggie Bag which was ready in under five minutes and the cashier Maniolita has been friendly and helpful. The fries were hot and fresh along with everything else.

Service was attrocious. They screwed my order up twice and gave me attitude for pointing out they screwed it up (I ordered through the kiosk and know it was entered correctly but still they managed to not get my sandwiches right). The “saucy” nuggs were definitely not saucy.
The men’s room was disgusting.
It was maybe an hour into lunch and the condiment station was pretty much empty – no lids, no straws, no napkins. When I asked for those items, I was questioned if they weren’t “out there”. Clearly not or I wouldn’t have asked her to put her phone down and help me.
This store lacks leadership. A lot of young, snarky girls are employed here and they clearly don’t like to work. We are over being thankful for you showing up. If you want a job and a paycheck be pleasant, smile, and treat your customers right.
This was not the first bad experience I’ve had there in recent visits. I honestly don’t know why I keep going back.

How the hell do you just open and still serve cold food and spoiled ice tea. Always something bad at this place every time. One of the worst around. Where’s the beef. Absolutely thin meat that barely covers the bun but 2 pounds of lettuce on your sandwich.

I just ate the most delicious chicken sandwich from Wendy’s in my entire life and my boys were very impressed with their kids meals 10 out of 10. Can’t forget to mention the pretty smiling face at the window xo one happy mama!

We ordered through the app. It took 20 minutes to get our food. They weren’t busy at all. The place is dirty. Our chicken was over cooked and my sandwich wasn’t made right. Will not return.
