I never asked for any sauce and they never asked me if I wanted any.
I ordered two potato cakes and they were very cold.
They put a ton of different sauces in my bag I had realized once I got home.
As I was waiting on my food at the drive through I observed a young girl and a young man inside playing.
They were both laughing at something and he was doing chin-ups on a door facing inside.
All while cars are in the drive through and some people leaving.
It was so very clear to me that they are way to immature for work and do not take the job anywhere close to seriously in my opinion.
I would fire these two kids point blank for wasting the food alone.
The customers are definitely disgusted if they are thinking the same as I do.
If they will do those things then just imagine what they probably going to customers food and laughing about it.
They need gone asap

However, my positive view of this location was completely ruined by the manager, Trish. I’ve now witnessed her cruel and unprofessional bullying of teen employees three separate times. She seems to target hardworking teens who show respect, like Schrie, whom she relentlessly picked on until she cried right in front of customers. Even while crying, this sweet girl continued trying to do her job.
Trish’s behavior isn’t just unprofessional; it’s abusive and unacceptable for any leader. Her actions show a total disregard for professional conduct and employee well-being, making her entirely unsuitable for any leadership role, and frankly, any position in the fast-food industry or customer service. This review is a direct warning about her conduct and an advocate for dedicated employees like Schrie. I truly hope General Manager Tanya addresses this critical situation with the seriousness it deserves.
