If I could give them negative stars I would!
I go to the drive-through and the lady says “can I help you” with an attitude. I order a number three regular with a root beer and a small vanilla frosty. I get my food. There’s no high nothing at the window. There’s just however, much money I owe them they told me and that was it. I drive off and ask we all do we pick out our fries and our chicken nuggets as we’re driving away my chicken nuggets are spicy. I hate spicy Food but I thought whatever I’ll try to eat them. No they were absolutely disgusting so I pulled my fries out of the bag and mind you. I have very blonde hair. There is a thick black hair in my fries so I decide to drive back to Wendy’s and go inside and let them know that they messed up and then they have hair in my food and I did not order Hair. They mumble in Spanish the whole time. No apologies nothing. As I see them handling ready to eat food with no gloves on and no hair nuts on Any of the employees. Just because they wear a visor hat does not mean that the hair is not restrained from falling into food. I work in the food industry. I do not think this is acceptable at all and that health inspectors need to go in there and yes, I did call health inspector. The employees have nasty attitudes. It’s not my fault they messed up my order. Attached is pictures of the hair in my food and what my hair looks like.

I rarely leave reviews, but honestly, it feels like customer service doesn’t exist anymore. I’ve never had an issue with Wendy’s Spicy Chicken Deluxe, until today. The chicken was unusually tough and difficult to eat. No big deal, everyone has an off day, so I went inside to let them know.
Instead of apologizing, the employee opened the box, tossed the sandwich straight into the trash, and didn’t even ask what I wanted to do next. She just told the cook to make another one. Since I was on my lunch break and didn’t have time to wait for a new sandwich to cool down, I asked for a refund instead.
While another customer was waiting to place his order, I even told her to go ahead and take care of him first. Her only response was, “Give me your receipt.” Although I did get my refund, the interaction really highlighted a lack of basic customer service.
Working in fast food is fast-paced and demanding, but that shouldn’t come at the expense of treating customers respectfully. The manager even apologized to a drive-thru customer for their wait, but nothing was said to me for the inconvenience.
Do better, Wendy’s.

After having a horrible experience at the hospital nearby. I walked all the way to this Wendy’s and I noticed everyone working and getting orders done. Mostly door dash or uber eats orders were coming thru. It definitely took long, but i understood and I had to wait for my husband to get back from Okeechobee (50 minutes away) anyway, so didnt mind. I finally order my food and get my drink. The woman in front was so nice! She was working hard. She mentioned she started not too long ago, so I told her that her and the crew were doing fantastic job. After having a bad start to my day. I’m glad I walked in here and got treated nicely.

Absolutely disgusting. My food was cold and had been sitting over 10 minutes. This is the worst Wendy’s location I have ever been to. I want a refund. The food was absolutely garbage. Dog food would have been better.

Worst breakfast ever. These were advertised as being made fresh to order, I’ve had gas station reheatables fresher then these sandwiches. They were so bad, I couldn’t finish them. Cold, bland, and dry. Seasoned fries we good. Don’t bother trying it. I now know why Wendy’s previous attempts at breakfast failed…

Had a horrible experience to nite.Didnt have there fish sandwich ok .Had ordered a taco salad …as I was eating I noticed at the middle had all this rotton lettuce. And Costly and not worth it. The table surface was dirty. And the place in general didn’t look keeped up with . I should of requested a full refund but felt I had consumed 1/2 and it would of been taken the wrong way. I did bring it to the managers attention and wasn’t very helpful …Just saying can I get u something else. Well I just wasn’t into any thing and lost my appetite . Was going to contact head quarters. To let them know .But misplaced my receipt .All this for $9.00+with my total bill being $19.00 with my quest .I realize it’s far from being fine dinning…I wont be visiting that location any time soon.

Denise is always here every time I come, I work across the street and come for breakfast and my break. She is always first to help me and smiling like she is actually happy to be helping me. What a difference people like her make to our days and our world. I love this place still because she is there to help me. From wiping down tables to taking out trash and checking out customers, I don’t know what she doesn’t or couldn’t do.

Lady at the front could not multi-task. Had a coupon for a buy one, get one free frostie, acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. Sat the front window for five minutes she didnt look at us. Eventually a different lady came over and actually talked to us. First lady took the payment finally. Had to physically ask for spoons because apparently she didn’t think we’d need them or something. Barely paid attention to us whatsoever and there was only one other person in the drive-thru. Frosties were fine but I dont think it should have taken 10 minutes
