Both the brisket and pork were cook perfectly. No sauce needed. Very impressed. The slaw was the creamy style I like with a hint of vinegar. The beans were good too, but the actual beans were the larger variety. I like the smaller white bean style. Was hoping for a bit more meat in it. But overall, excellent flavor and experience. Next time I’m in town for business, I’d come back to try more.

Maybe it’s just that I’m from Texas, and am used to amazing barbecue, but I wasn’t impressed. When we got there, they were out of almost everything (good sign). All that was left were 16 ribs so we ordered those, and they were dry and flavorless. Idk probably just end-of-day vibes.

Found this fabulous restaurant in Wichita today and wow was it good. I tried a combo sandwich (Sorry but I can’t remember it’s name) Normally I don’t like chicken at bbq restaurants but this was really good, moist and good smoke flavor. The pulled pork was smoky and moist too. The standout was the hot link, very flavorful and delicious. Both yet green beans and corn casserole were really good but sadly were served a little cold for my liking. I’ll definitely eat here again on future trips to Wichita.

Food was delish!! We got there later so ribs gone, but the brisket and pulled pork were soooooo good! Servers were super nice and helpful! Make your way there! Big portions. We are taking some home with us.

On a long road trip, took a chance on stopping here. I’m glad we did. Brisket was fantastic, easily the best I’ve had. Sides were great and the hot links were very hot. Honestly I can’t complain about a single thing. They were friendly, made recommendations and the food was great.

This is, in my humble opinion, the best BBQ to be found in the greater Wichita metroplex. I’ve tried a LOT of items here. This is the first BBQ joint I ever went to where I was halfway through the meal before I realized I hadn’t used any BBQ sauce. The meat is THAT GOOD!
As far as sides go: the cheesy corn was good, the potato salad was good, the mac & cheese was ok, the pasta salad was disappointing and the banana pudding was AMAZING!

Hit up, Pig In Pig Out again. Had brisket and pulled pork with mac & cheese and coleslaw! Always great food! PIPO knocked it out of the ballpark again! Can’t say it enough. Some of the best pizza in Wichita!! You will not regret getting this pizza! Only on Thursday, though! And don’t forget to get some spicy pickles and some pickled onion!!

Delicious food and huge portions at unbeatable prices—literally what else can you ask for?? I got the pulled pork which you could literally shred with just one plastic fork, it was so tender. The sides were also out of this world.
The staff was very kind. My order was delayed for a bit and for my (not unreasonable) wait time, they gave me a free side! Now that’s how you take care of customers 🙂 Wish I lived closer so I could become a regular!!

BBQ isn’t bad but mostly middle of the pack compared to 4-5 other great BBQ options relatively nearby. Sides low average. No beer. Location with many dirty tables the relatively slow day that I visited.
