At Wendy’s in Leesburg, FL, they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. From fresh-cracked eggs to fresh, never-frozen beef. Their square-pattied hamburgers, their chicken sandwiches and the nuggets are great. They also have fresh-made salads, crispy fries, even old-school chili and baked potatoes. Or, how about a Frosty? Dave Thomas founded Wendy’s in Columbus, Ohio, in 1969 and featured square patties with corners that stuck out from the sides of the circular bun.

Service is terrible here! Said to give them 2 mins to count a drawer then they’ll be with us. We sat there for 10 mins at the front counter. None ever came out to count the drawer or give us service…….they could of easily taken our order from the drive thru drawer. Or at least said something to us about how much longer the wait was going to be instead of ignoring us and letting us just stand there! Can’t even judge the food because we were never able to order the food! I won’t be back to this location for a while.

New girl at the drive thru. It was slower then normal. But trust the process. Food was good. Everything was in the bag, right down to my sauces. Worth the wait. You go girl. Awesome personality. The staff was quick to help her when she was out of crackers, showing her were they were and stocking her up. Team work makes the dream work.

Went thru the drive thru and they wouldn’t answer my questions. Couldn’t see what i was ordering. Wasn’t told how much money it was. Didn’t get a receipt. Missing half my food. Went in and the lady working the burger station was rude. People just standing around. Still needed up missing nuggets and my spicy nuggets were old. I miss when wendys was good.

This place is a train wreck… Poor guy at the register couldn’t find stuff to get my order. He was yelling at folks for help and no one responded. Had to ask for a drink cup. No ice in the drink station. No ketchup at the bar. One of the entrance doors was busted. Good thing I went back to the counter. Seems my order got lost. Burger ( when I got it) was warm and dry. Fries were cold.

Mobile ordered for dining room pickup. Dining room was closed upon arrival, so I waited in the drive thru for my food. I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru only to receive COLD food. Absolutely ridiculous. The app won’t even let me get a refund. I would have cancelled my order and ate somewhere else if it would have let me. I don’t understand why anyone eats there.

Came here after work for dinner. Husband ordered; they rang it in wrong. When we went back through, “well I made they double cheese burger.” That’s not what he ordered just because that’s what you clicked. So when I want to just fix my order, “well I know what I made.” Wouldn’t listen to me when I said I’d pay for the mistake. But that isn’t what he said. 🙁 we weren’t Karen’s. I just really wanted to stupid chicken sandwich.

Two Frosties that cost 6.40 and the glasses were 3/4 full. We questioned the quantity and the girl said they were out of the cups. She was rude and I guess isn’t aware of common courtesy such as thank you or your welcome. We used to go to this Wendy’s a lot but when service started slipping we stopped. This was one last ditch effort to try the new Frosties but last go around. Do not recommend.
