Jasmine T. is a joy! Wendy’s is super lucky to have her, she has provided great customer service literally everytime we’ve interacted. Important to mention that the whole team is great. Food is never cold, done wrong, or inconsistent . No missing napkins, always quick getting the food to the window, which is great when you’re on a time crunch. So thanks to everyone who works there!

Cold night but delightful service girl ,warm ,sweet and helpful with orders and information on speed of service as was being cooked fresh! The coke machine is like a combination of a roulette wheel and lucky dip with drinks combinations, lethal as you can be there ages picking and tasting!

I’ve never worked in a fast food restaurant before.. but I can’t imagine it’s hard to put what people ordered into bags and then make sure it’s all there. Well apparently it is at this establishment. Two kids meals, two adult meals and it was wrong when we got home. Like come on. It’s your job to make sure people get their complete and correct orders. Ridiculous.

This is one of the cleaner wendys I’ve visited. Service was friendly and with a smile. Great experience as far as fast food goes. I try not to eat at fast food restaurants too much but I was pleased with this visit to this particular Wendy’s. Definitely worth a visit when you’re in the area. Actually my order was ready before I could even finish pouring my drink. Lol. Food was hot and delicious!!

Drive thru was a disaster, I get it that during rushes can be hectic but you mess up that many times and still not get it right is absurd! They’re shoutinf at everyone and maybe not have your employees wear air pods while working might help with communication. Yes I know the difference with company provided headphones and personal ones. Also double check your screens before discarding them and going into the next orders!

i had a mobile order and i came to the window to let them know i was there and she literally told me to circle back around like an idiot and let them know i’m there on the microphone . instead of past time how they just make me pull forward and wait for my food . and it was the white girl in the kitchen rude as hell . always picking and choosing and the countless times they’ve put mayo on my burger when i’ve asked no mayo because of an ALLERGY

DIRTY! My feet stuck to the floor everywhere I walked. Looks nice inside and seems to be new construction but definitely not kept clean despite signs saying that’s a priority. Not a recommended stop.

Super slow after hours. Doing Uber eat pick up and my order wasn’t ready, told to circle around because I skip the speaker box. Waited over 1 hour, 1/2 hour each time I had to circle around the drive through.

Terrible service and the manager who works right now at night very rude should not work in customer service and should not bother to tell her to deliver me the order that was requested.
