I came to this Wendy’s after work expecting to get a quick meal, I purchased the artisan chicken sandwich and a sour cream and chives potato.

The potato came without the sour cream and chives

Unfortunately this location lacks basic customer service skills. They are extremely argumentative when they are in the wrong. They give you incorrect or incomplete orders on a regular basis and no matter how patient or nice you are, they are continuously rude and disrespectful both to customers and each other. Management seems to be worse than the employees and there are only 2 employees who actually seem to like their jobs. Most of the staff there seem to hate interacting with people in general and should really consider a non customer facing role.
Do better Wendy’s and raise the standard for this location.

1 truck already pulled up and only 2 cars in line. Wait time is inexcusable. At least 7 minutes for an order in front you. And you’d think your order will be ready after that timeframe . Nope!
This fast food not gourmet food. Be beyond me why they be taking mad longat This location? Efficiency and work ethic. Non existent.
Look for the ppl who gonna read this that work there; just because you at work don’t mean you can have me waiting 7-10 minutes and be the reason I’m late. This the second time this happened.

This Wendy’s location West Colonial Drive Ocoee Fl, will probably be one of the Wendy’s restaurants to close soon. I visited on 2/18/26. I ordered a cup of Chili. I’ve been getting Chili for many years. On this day there was barely any hamburger meat in the chili. I was very disappointed and won’t be back. I agree with what a previous reviewer said. Chik Fil A is next door with lines wrapped around the building while this Wendy’s has one car in line, if that. Smh.

Explains why there’s a line wrapped around Chic Filet while Wendy’s has 1 other customer here. Tried to drive through but apparently we order through Siri now? I was not a fan at all. Ended up going inside because I could speak long enough to tell them no onions on my burger. It kept cutting me off to ask what sauce I wanted or side I wanted. I just wanted to say no onions.

Fast food is not great food. We all know that. But Wendy’s food is actually going down in quality. Used to be you could get a Wendy’s burger and it was so juicy would run down your hand. The thick steak fries were a unique feature. Now, my standard order is an asiago chicken club sandwich. This has also diminished in quality over the years. Of late, the chicken has been dry and rubbery. The only crunch in the sandwich came from the lettuce. I’ve tried it twice since Wendy’s has been advertising a new crunchy coating for their chicken. It has gotten worse, in my experience, not better. The price has increased though.

The restaurant also took about 12 minutes to manage four vehicles.
