We come here maybe once or twice a month. Everything about this place is fast but not rushed and the food is delicious and as ordered. Plenty of seating and all staff seem to be attentive to guests. Even if it’s not “their” table. The restaurant and restrooms are always clean and the portion sizes are larger than expected. We haven’t sat outside – yet, we will try that soon. The tropical winearita is a must try.

Usually love eating here. Not today, when my fish tacos were brought out the fish wasn’t cooked properly. When I expressed I couldn’t eat this the waitress acted as if I was the problem. I never complain. I’ve worked in food service so I really try to be understanding.

Food is your average Mexican restaurant… service is quick, but they make me nervous not writing down orders. I always feel like I paid too much because they ring you up off a single ticket to split. So you never know exactly what you paid for.

I am not one to write bad reviews, but I am just flabbergasted at how bad service was when we visited tonight. We went out for my grandfather’s birthday. The waitress started out as attentive, but after a little bit she completely disappeared. 15 minutes go by and the hostess has to come take our order because our waitress was nowhere to be found. Our food came out sporadically, brought out by all different people, & most of it wasn’t right. My grandfather was left without a plate for almost 15 additional minutes because there was “confusion in the kitchen”. It then took us 20 minutes to pay for our food because the employee at the register kept answering phone calls instead of tending to us. I’ve been here a handful of times & have enjoyed it. I’m just disappointed that we wasted an entire evening on my grandfather’s birthday on a place that we promised him was good. I unfortunately don’t think we’ll be back after today.

Went in for a nice saturday night dinner. Ended up 20 minutes later walking out due to telling the waitress we were ready to order dinner at that point but she just walked off. The restaurant was not crowded at all so I’m not sure what was going on. Usually the food is excellent and service as well but idk what happened. Will try again eventually I guess.
