This location has declined in food quality recently, mainly because the employees spend too much time on their phones, which affects both service and accuracy. Customer service is not what it used to be, and orders are often mixed up or incorrect. I would appreciate it if management could take action to address these issues, as this is a place I genuinely enjoy eating at. I am open to modifying this review once I see that corrective actions have been taken. Thank you.

Alert!!! Stay away!! Food poisoning will happen. Now if this was the first time the place messed up fine, even second ok cool, but three times shame on me… First time they literally put NO bacon on the two BACONaters plus messed up whole order… Call the store Manager says the “sandwich artist” know better than that ( didn’t know I was calling subway) second time I’m all about second chances. Second time not as bad but still wrong items checked in drive thru had to go in to replace wrong stuff. Tonight was the topper that sent me into making this review get our burgers ice cold I mean it’s like the put an ice cube in the dang thing, but maybe that would have gave them flavor as they decided to not put any condiments on any burgers at all! I say forget it give the burger to the dog as I ordered a salad. Low and behold my salad is steaming hot like steam literally left the box as I open it. Bf asked maybe it’s the chicken I ordered the Cobb salad no chicken they gave me the apple pecan salad with piping hot chicken on top of supposed to be cold lettuce. Well at least one thing was hot or at least warm. Hey the frosty was ok.

First off placed an order at the drive thru with Siri or Alexa not sure exactly couldn’t understand me got the order wrong and I tried correcting and then the AI drive thru said we don’t carry what I asked for a # 2 large with chocolate cold brew it kept ringing up chocolate frosty when I went to the window to correct it the cashier said I didn’t order anything and to go back in line and order again. This place is ridiculous and the staff are incompetent can’t even take my order. SMH

The food was cold. Very annoying after the fact that I spent 13$ on a meal and the least they could’ve done was give me hot food. Seems like every time I come to this location the food is not fresh. Only time I got hot food was in the morning for breakfast. 2/22/2026

I order DoorDash and they gave me a old jr bacon cheeseburger and it’s not far from my house so it didn’t get cold from the uber ride nothing was fresh I was literally trying to peel around and take lil bites to find the soft spots which I shouldn’t have to do that

I’ve been a fan of Wendy’s for its quick service and tasty meals, but what I found in my takeout order left me both shocked and disgusted. When I got home and started eating my cheeseburger, I discovered a piece of plastic buried within the cheese. This is not only deeply concerning but absolutely unacceptable from a food safety perspective.
The thought of what could have happened if I hadn’t noticed it makes me sick to my stomach. Finding foreign objects in food is a serious hazard, and it’s disheartening to see such negligence from a place I once trusted. This incident has completely turned me off from returning anytime soon.
I strongly urge Wendy’s to review and enhance their food preparation and quality control processes. It’s critical to ensure that something like this never happens again, for the sake of all customers’ health and safety.

Went and order mobile order to get the new Wednesday special meal to try the sauces! Not only was order not ready but they gave me one special sauce and three buttermilk ranch sauce! I wouodnt have ordered this meal but wanted try sauce other wise just ten nugget meal allot cheaper other way! Just tell people don’t have sauce instead putting some in the bag. Then wife ordered baked potato with sour cream chives!! Guess what no sour cream!! Mean ya had one job. But don’t know why submitting this seems no one takes responsibility and responds so they will keep it up!!
