I was the only person in the drive thru. Took them almost 10 minutes to get me my food. Fries, cold. Nuggets, cold. Soda, tastes like they ran out of syrup (u know). JBC, cold. Sauce, missing from bag. And I did not get a receipt. The Wendy’s on Gulf To Bay recently closed out of nowhere. Literally there one day, gone the next. Idk what’s going on with Wendy’s, wouldn’t be surprised if this location shut down. Corporate needs to reign in ok these stores and pay their employees more so they care about their jobs.

Twice this week I have came through the drive thru around midnight (the snacking hour) and they have already closed down the frosty machine. Never have chili Laughing at the customers as they drive past while cleaning the machine. Group of 3 boys. Heck anymore I have a better chance of getting ice cream from McDonalds than a frosty from Wendy’s.

I waited from start to when I got my order on Sunday over twenty minutes. I am guessing they are short staffed due to the wait time. From the window I saw a manager and the Drive thru worker.
I had a salad. There was a lot of chicken on it, some of which was dried out. Looked and tasted the same. Other than the dried pieces of chicken, the rest of the salad was delicious. Very filling. The baked potato was huge and very good with the sour cream on the side.
Things happen I do understand and I will visit again, but this was a late afternoon Sunday and not a lunch r supper rush.

I ordered a hamburger with only ketchup and they put cheese on it. Then, I get home and see my nuggets are orange. They were spicy nuggets. I did not order that just plain nuggets. The people who work there also don’t give a crap if your food is right or not. They just give it to us. This place need to get it together!

I went on a Sunday night around midnight and I ordered a Dave’s double meal with a large fry. As I received my food I inspected the food in front of the manager and the employee and I said the fries aren’t hot there medium temp,he said those fries were just dropped fresh…and then I look at my fries and there not filled all the way and all they had to say was “your guess is as good as mines” the employee had to say that for the manager.i told them my fries weren’t fresh before so maybe they thought I was lying..so i parked and ate everything and go back for 1 more small fry after I eat the meal and what did they do?..they didnt even fill up a small fry container and left it in a bag alone to make it look full and some of the fries were in the bag…wow 16 dollar spent and they cant even give me the right amount of fries..dont go here at night if your goal is to be feed well! Idk if it was the manager and an employee or 2 employees but those 2 employees didnt seem willing to give me any extra fries not even twice so why go around a 3rd time! Redicoulus when mcdonalds is in competition with you right up the street and fries are cheap! You would think they would have the decency to give me a good amount of fries after the 2nd time coming around..nope..1 star for that,fries fill you up at fast food places… that should be considered a first priority or else you lost me ill go somewhere else

I don’t understand how a restaurant can be this incompetent. Both this location and the one on US 19 ALWAYS get my order wrong. Wrong side, sauce I’m allergic to on the wrap when that’s the ONLY request to customize (no sauce), the drink is either completely different or has no syrup in it so it’s awful. Please get your staff some training. I’ll be going to Checker’s instead.

i have tried to go to this wendy’s at least 4 times since moving here twice my order was cancelled and i never got my food and once it was the wrong order i’ve had an issue everytime i have gone here would not recommend this location at all

Sad to say but worst experience at this location. I’m a Wendy’s fan. And I have visited this location multiple times assuming it was just a one-off bad experience. It’s every time. Either slow as molasses, as in 15-20 for chili and fries once. To chili that doesn’t taste like Wendy’s chili. Or cold fried and incorrect order. Changes need to happen. I’m a fan of Wendy’s but I won’t be going back to this one for a while in hopes in will improve. Sorry.
