Our concert was moved to Moe’s BBQ and I was so happy with the change! Moe’s has a super cool and chill atmosphere!! The bowling and arcade games are a very nice touch of fun! The food was incredible, super tender, delicious meat! I’ve been dreaming about the cornbread since we left!!! The stage is small and quaint but that gave an awesome intimate feeling with the crowd and bands!! We love Moe’s and we can’t wait to come back!!!

Like most people, I think my BBQ game is pretty good so I don’t usually venture out for a meal that I think I can do better – and I’ve confirmed that a couple of times eating at some less stellar BBQ joints. But (drum roll) Moe’s is “as good as I can make” (insert my wife’s eye roll look) and it WILL BE the place I choose to go to when when I get ask where I want to eat again! I LOVE hot links, and Moe’s has a fantastic take on a sandwich served “Alabama style”! Another hit for me are the sides – I had some perfect fried green tomatoes and “half mashed” potato salad! I tried all the sides my friends ordered as well and next time I want Moe’s baked beans and sweet potato casserole. Gotta comment on the interior of Moe’s = it has a funky converted bowling alley slash sports bar slash bare walls vibe that is fantastic as well! Moe’s converted the old Englewood Bowling Lanes – a place I frequently hung out in when I was in high school. Another “check mark” for me at a a place like this is “are the any locals” and yes, their here – the eclectic and the everyday guys – gives a great comfortable feel the the place. Gotta get there people!

Absolutely terrible food. The mac n cheese shouldn’t be called that. It was noodles and water mixed with… ? Not sure. Save your money.
We brought it up to staff and all they said was sorry.

Pulled pork: great flavor without the bbq, slaw is also well made, was dog and human approved (he was not messing around with those beans lmfao)
Sweet potato casserole: hot and sweet, has corn flakes on top and to my dismay walnuts (the new guy bless his heart told me with utmost confidence there was no nuts on it, but rest assured I let him know in case someone with an allergy came in and ordered it!)
Baked beans: very peppery, with green chiles or green bell peppers, very nice though.
Drink: made an Arnold Palmer and it tasted off so I tried the tea by itself (and the lemonade which tastes deliciously homemade) and it definitely was a bit sour, like it wasn’t made within the last hour.
Like many bbq joints I have tried in the state of Colorado over the last six months, I do wish there were some other southern sides like cornbread and fried okra or a fry of some kind. I know fried foods are harder bc some places can’t have fryers but they were serving fried chicken so I don’t know.
ALSO not a hit to the business or food, but they have no deserts for those who care 🙂
Staff was also very friendly and helpful, the vibes are pretty cool and unique with a bowling alley in the back half.

Nearly 2pm on a Friday it was easy to order and find a seat. I asked for a brisket sandwich, fried mac n cheese bites. and sweet potato casserole as sides. The sandwich was perfectly prepared and had great smoke flavor. The sides were too hot to eat upon arrival, but that is not a detriment. They were a great end to the meal.
I asked for a Jameson and Ginger to accompany my meal. They don’t carry Jameson or have Ginger ale on tap. I ended up with a Tullamore DEW and sprite with a splash of coke and dash of bitters. It was close enough.
Not a regular haunt for me, but I’ve been previously and will visit again. Definitely recommend it for casual BBQ and live music at night.

I had a really good pulled pork sandwich for dinner here and really liked it! Their barbecue sauce was really good with a nice tang and spiciness to it! My friend and I went to get some dinner and play some pinball, and the food didn’t disappoint! Unfortunately, the pinball machine we were particularly excited to play wasn’t working, but that didn’t detract too much from the experience. Sometime I’ll have to go back for another sandwich, their classic bowling lanes, and to see if their Funhouse pinball works in the future!

Came just to try out I gotta say the reviews don’t lie. Had the wings and brisket absolutely delicious! Broccoli Casserole on the side is a winner also!

The Mac and cheese I got was a war crime against all things good. My brisket sandwich was mainly fat.

Okay I didn’t actually eat here, I was here for a show, but what a cool place! Nice little concert area, and in between sets you can check out the bowling/arcade/billiards area which wasn’t too crowded on a Friday night. Really hit a vibe sweet spot for me. Dig it, it’s like if punch bowl was chill as hell.

Food is ok. The barbecued brisket sandwich was so so. Sides were bland. Have to order at the counter and they bring you your food. Once it gets busy the line is long.
The band was very loud making it difficult to talk.
