Standing at the drive through saying hello multiple times, pull up to the front to see two young kids socializing and not taking people’s orders. Do better. This is a place of business not a place to come and hang out.

Jan 12 5pm. drove through the drive through, no one took my order, pulled up to the window to two incompetent females who failed to place my order correctly. i noticed while at the window and tried to resolve it and they told me i have to pull through the drive through again which has now accumulated a line. what a complete waste of time.

The breakfast here is really good, and usually, the regular menu is good also. They do not have Frostys very often I would say 6 out of the last 10 times I have been they did not have Frostys. Their app also does not work like it should I have to show them my reward or/and deal to have them adjust the price. I once was told I shouldn’t have gone through the drive-through next time to come inside because I had 4 people in my car and 4 separate orders. The manager said I was in line too long and they weren’t supposed to have cars at the window that long!? Although there wasn’t even a car behind me!? So it would have been ok if all 4 of us drove in our own cars?… It’s still 4 orders. She was rude and annoyed that we ordered so much. Even though we were all ready to order quickly and let them know about the 4 separate orders ahead of time. She also was very rude and put down the cashier who was clearly new and doing a very good job and very polite.

This has to be the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had. Literally didn’t even eat the whole $5 meal. The hamburger patty looks like it’s been sitting out overnight with a piece of cheese on it. The coke tasted like straight syrup. The fries were cold and tasted like they cooked them multiple times. The young men at the window didn’t seem to care that much and took 5 mins to just give me a straw for my drink that I can’t even drink because it’s disgusting… lol.

October 7, 2025 at 7:30am I go thru the drive thru and no one takes my order. I go around the window see the person walk to the window but not open it, so I go around the drive thru again. There was a blue truck that got in line and there order was taken. I waited and when it was my turn to pull up, no answer. There is no one else in line so? I don’t understand why. I never had this problem at this location.

Garbage. They don’t have chocolate Frosty’s so then I said fine I’ll take a vanilla with brownie batter. They don’t have brownie Batter either right now. Amongst a few other things. What fast food restaurant can’t even keep inventory or make freaking ice cream? Don’t come here with your mindset on something, because chances are they don’t have it and they’re too lazy to get it

I live 1 mile from this Wendy’s.. everything i come here it’s poorly ran … most of the time the food is not fresh .. and the employees have bad attitudes … this wendy needs to tighten up .. I enjoy all the other wendy this one has a problem.. it been going on for quite awhile…

Literally the best freaking Wendy’s i’ve ever been to. The workers are nice????!! never seen at a Wendy’s before, they’re quick and never get my order wrong. Genuinely 10/10 love this location, i drive further for it tbh. The food is almost always the best, sometimes like at midnight it’s regular, but every other time it’s BOMBBBBB i luv u guys ty
