Went to this drive thru today. Why did I order a Cherry Coke float only to be told that it contains no ice cream and only is a Cherry Coke float “flavor.” Dude at drive thru says “I don’t know what to tell you, there’s no ice cream in the float.” Ridiculous. I was here a week ago and got a cherry coke float WITH ice cream. Such is the service at this drive thru. Hire competent employees please.

Id give negative stars if I could! Waited at counter unaknowleged for more than 15 minutes while the person responsible for taking our order did “busy work”. Went to the drive through an placed the order with automated system. At window, order was wrong. Drive through person was very friendly and we repeated our order. We ere ask to pull forward. Order came out wrong, but drive through attendant then brought out the corrected order. Got back to the house and bit into chicken sandwich to find it was raw in the middle. I hate this because Wendys was my favorite fast food. Now I can’t go by one with out my stomach gripping.

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE! This Wendys always has the worse customer service and tonight I actually went inside. It was SO dirty behind the counter , no one was in uniform ( and no one looked showered ), and everyone was no older than 18. And on top of it, they could care less that my money was taken and I had no food! What a shame because this is a new store in a great location.

I have to come pretty often it’s one of the few fast food places on my way into work. Unfortunately it’s almost consistent that either the fries are cold sandwich is cold or something along that lines today may have been the final straw though because the AI screwed up my order somehow hearing baconator combo large with sweet tea to drink it gave me medium fries large drink and baconator had the fries corrected of course they were cold and unseasoned then I open up my sandwich and it’s a dang chicken sandwich not my baconator. If I wasn’t going to be late for work I would have turned around and demanded they change it. I may have to change the route I travel to work just actually get some decent food on my way in

We stopped in to grab a bite to eat at a new Wendy’s location. Upon going in the door the entrance was messy had to step over trash. The overall experience was a good one including the food. The manager seemed to have everything running smoothly behind the counter. Our only concern was the cleanliness of the dining area

Worst service ever. Don’t bother. Order at the drive thru. You’ll sit outside waiting for your order, have go in and get it yourself …. only to find out it is cold and the order is wrong, cold, and btw … you were the only car in the drive thru for 10 min. Fun times. And also now we are late for an appointment. This location is always like this. Should have known not to take a chance on it again.

Stopped here around 9am on a Sunday morning. No other cars in the line. No coffee. They said “oh I can brew some but it will take a while and you’ll need to pull forward.” I got the orange juice instead. The 2 sandwiches, 2 burritos, and 3 breakfast potatoes were ice cold. I ordered 4 drinks and got zero straws and 4 napkins. Disappointed in customer service and in food quality. I will not come here again and do not recommend it.

The lady at the drive thru window was nice, but the food was awful. They gave us old food that was not warm or fresh and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. I don’t know who thinks it’s okay to serve cold and old food to people. Dry and cold fries, cold and crumbly burger patties. Do better!

We had very bad experience at this location with the AI order taking process and the staff. They took 30 min to get chicken tenders in drive thry which caused my son lost his spot in all day waited game. Staff should have told us about the food had to cook takes longer time. I am really frustrated and let my child upset about his game. Never visit this location again. I rejected their free offered frosty for waiting.

No reason a brand new Wendys should be under these dirty conditions. Smells bad just walking in.

Today drive thru.
Ordered fries no salt.
They had me pull over for them.
They brought me cold salted fries.
I walked in and asked for no salt again.
Manager screams out to a kid in the back.
“Didn’t u do these no salt” kid looks lost walks over n points into the fry bin n the manager grabbed a few fries w tongs.
No salt means no salt but I was on lunch and didn’t want the devil to take over my reactions.
So I left…
Didn’t get the bbq for the old spongy nuggets!

Manager looked sloppy and unprofessional.
