Got a pick up order and went to eat my sandwich, noticed a long hair on the outside. I was like ok maybe it’s just the outside. No it was between the meat. I did not want anything at all but to make them aware maybe they need to be taking more precautions when getting food ready and the “manager” I spoke to just wanted to keep repeating they are wearing hair nets and following what they need to. Obviously not!!! Just say ok I apologize and keep it moving. Not even a sorry. One person doesn’t make a difference in a business but I won’t be going back ever. You can see the cheese on the hair I pulled out. Like come on! Between the two pieces of meat?! Smh

I haven’t been to Wendy’s in awhile and I always remembered their spicy nuggets were really good, so I went through the drive thru. It was very busy, which I’m very understanding of that and patiently waited awhile. First, they handed both the truck in front of me someone else’s food and drinks then they did the same thing to me. All I ordered was one 10 piece spicy nuggets meal and a small strawberry swirl frosty. Not too difficult you’d think? The girl tells me they ran out of strawberry swirl so I said that’s fine just give me the vanilla. I get home, there are 9 nuggets, and daughter and I split the meal and neither of us could eat any of the food. The nuggets and fries were so dry, overcooked, and definitely not fresh whatsoever. The girl was not a good mood at all and not welcoming. What a waste of time and money on a simple meal we couldn’t even eat! Do better! I will never go there again.

I just had the bigger bag to Junior cheese, bacon, biggie, bag and date and had a frosty chocolate. Frosty service was excellent and the food was really good too. I’ll be going back there as there’s one the better Wendy’s run I’ve been to so sorry ones but this is pretty good

Beware if you go here when Sam? The GM is working be prepared to be treated horribly. My husband went there and asked for the special which involves the TB Lightning. If they score a certain amount of points the customer gets a free burger with their regular order. He even provided the app which shows the promotion. The GM became hostile and argumentative saying she “never got an email” she began yelling at my husband, who is a senior, and disabled vet. Telling him he wasn’t getting “a free hamburger “ it was disgraceful. He has had no issues with this same promotion at another Wendy’s in the area. When he asked her what her name was she yelled “GM!” There are Wendy’s in Lecanto, CR, and Ocala. Avoid this one. Hey JAE Restaurants get this woman some customer service training

The girl that took our order at the drive thru window was the sweetest, cheeriest girl, so pleasant…amazing customer service!! 5+ stars!….just look for the adorable blue hair! 🙂
That being said, the GM there tonight was the rudest, nastiest, most obnoxious person I have ever encountered at a restaurant in my life. No exaggeration. Truly awful I definitely won’t be going back there anytime soon because of her. Soooo rude!!!

just to start. it was a mobile order. so they had 15 minutes to prepare the food right. Whatever. get to window and sit for 15 more minutes… whatever. food comes out and i go home. burger was supposed to be specific items. it literally has it on the ticket. came with everything. sauce tastes like absolute garbage. even worse. the lady with pink hair was rude? not very many places in dunnellon this will take the cake(above kfc) for worst fastfood place

Well managed, clean, hard workers. I was annoyed I couldn’t use the bathroom because it was locked and for customers only… which I hadnt ordered yet but they let me use the bathroom after I told them I was going to order afterwards. They manage the place well and I was impressed because everyone working there was under 30 years old.

Place was cold at 11 am. They had been open since 6:30. Plenty of time to have heat. 2 people working. Burger was burnt and cold, even cheese was cold. Fries and nuggets not only cold but dry. Told manager and he just stood and stared at me. Oh yea, couldn’t use restroom until ordered and paid. I went to wash hands before ordering. I would like to speak with owner since this use to be my favorite Wendy’s. Will not go there again. Very sad.

The rudeness of the employees blew my mind about extra BBQ sauce that I was willing to pay for in the drive thru. The spicy chicken sandwich had been sitting in that warmer for some time and not fresh. The lack of dressings that were put on my sandwich was pretty sad. Not sure I’ll be coming back to this one unless management cracks down on the quality and service that’s provided. Arianna was my host posted on my receipt.

I asked the cashier about 1.99 kids meal after 4 pm bc it’s 4:30 now, she said it’s at certain participating restaurant. So they took our $1.99 coupon. The girl cashier brought the lady with the “eyes” to help, I could hear heckling in the back and the lady with the eyes was being very prissy nice but you know with attitude. This shouldn’t be tolerated, we can afford the full meal, but just asking should be funny or heckling, no matter how much money we make, it’s not free we work for it. I’ll be avoiding this place. Crystal River nicer than here.
