Pizza was so yummy! It’s a nice thin crust with a well done cheese top. It has a nice amount of sauce as well! I tried several pizzas and enjoyed them all! Will be back or will order soon. Nice environment for family, and friends. All the little ones loved the arcade.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Ledo Pizza location for over 30 years and have hosted countless family gatherings and parties ordering from here. The wings have always been one of our favorite items, consistent in size and quality.
Tonight was very disappointing. The wings we received were noticeably smaller than usual, with only two pieces being the normal size we’ve come to expect from Ledo’s. I called the restaurant to ask if they had changed suppliers because I know what Ledo’s wings typically look like, and these were not it. I politely asked if a replacement order could be provided.
The manager, Sandy, told me they could not offer a replacement and that “that’s just how the wings are” and they have no control over them. I understand that restaurants work with suppliers, but dismissing a long-time customer’s concern without any effort to make it right was disheartening.
After 30 years of loyalty, I expected better customer service. It’s not just about wing size — it’s about how concerns are handled. I truly hope management reconsiders how they respond to customers who have supported them for decades.
I will be finding a new establishment that values and respects its customers.

Placed a delivery order tonight 1 pizza and a side at 5:20 was told 45-1hr. order didn’t show up till 7:16 never have I ever had to wait that long for a food order. Called at 6:40 looking for an eta. Stated we were the next to go out that they had a rush. Was given the option to wait or not. We should have not waited food was barely warm.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR PARTY HERE!! Originally had a contract sent over for January 24th – called for 2 weeks straight to pay for the room and when I finally got a call back they claimed that date had been booked for weeks and that they would have never had told me it was available despite the physical proof. Chicken wings were raw, the pasta was cold, and the server never brought out the rest of our food. No one wants to eat cold pizza so not sure why she’d make her own decision to just not serve us – oh wait that’s because told me someone in our party said to not serve us or box our food which ended up being a blatant lie because no one in our party had talked to her and she couldn’t tell me who it was or point them out. Our room was not set up as requested and we were missing tables that said would be accommodated via email and they still never brought them despite asking not one but two servers twice. Chairs were set up horribly . The chairs were so packed on each side people were struggling to pull them out and if you grabbed one the other 20 on that side would come out , fall over, or get stuck on the next one – most people sat elbow to face deep into one another. Both servers we had were not attentive or in our room half the time assisting yet we had to pay 20% gratuity for them to just take out dirty plates. We were told by the server herself she’d be refilling our drinks when we needed new ones and that never happened. They also tell you when booking your servers will help you as little or as much as needed – clearly that is not the case – they simply don’t help at all. WE COULDN’T FIND HER THE WHOLE TIME and I had to keep asking the front counter for help and they just kept telling us to wait for our server. The server also told me she spoke to her manager Jeanine and said she’d be accommodating a discount for everything that happened and when they brought that manager out she said that never happened and make it very adamant she would not be taking care of us in any shape or form . Not sure why your servers are lying and spreading false information. I asked for the manager Angie whom i had been working with on our party for a month and they refused to get her despite her working. Instead they brought out Jeanine( however you spell it) to assist except she was not accommodating at all, rude to myself and my guests, and not willing to take accountability for her actions or make it right on behalf of her wait staff. Then as we were leaving collecting a few other things in the hallway outside of the room the manager and server were openly talking negative about us as we were standing right there. Goes to show their lack of respect and how much they care for their guest. We’ve thrown parties here in the past but after all of this we 100% won’t EVER be coming back.

Absolutely love Ledo’s Pizza! The food is consistently delicious, the service is friendly and fast, and they always make you feel welcome. It’s a perfect spot for families- relaxed, kid-friendly, and everyone leaves happy (and full). Highly recommend!

Decided to stop since I was in the area and order with my daughter for lunch. Placed our order for the xtra thin crust pizza at 11:25am. No idea why but it took until 12:10pm for the pizza to be done. During this time I saw there much smaller pizzas go into the warmer box for pickup and some deep fried apps come out for people that came in after us. Not sure why with only 4 tables occupied it took so long. Food is a 5. Service and speed a 1.

The gluten free pizza was good. I’m not celiac,it didn’t cause any tummy issues for me.However if you are sensitive to bright lights and noises I would be careful that’s all.

I love Ledos! They have awesome Chicago thin crust pizza which is not talked about enough. Their fried mushrooms are delicious. You can get beer by the pitcher or glass.
They have games kids can play for quarters (and a change machine). The smallest pizzas, in case you need to order another for your picky kid are very very reasonable. You can add salad bar to your meal for a small charge. 100% would have a birthday party here. You can sit outside. This place has been a neighborhood favorite for a long time. It is not overrated. Go get some pizza! Very kid friendly. They also have some pasta options if that is more your speed.

This is a SELF serve restaurant, if you want to call it that. You go in, order and get your plates, utensils and seat yourself with your drinks, no help from staff then for your number to be called. The atmosphere is kiddie games, TV with sports and music playing. The food is good but overly priced.
