Never going back here again. I’ve lived in belleview for 6 years and have been here about a dozen times and every single time I go it’s a bad experience. The food is always cold, not made correctly. Today was the last straw I went in there was nobody there so you would think the staff can take their time and make my orders correctly but no the food once again was cold and there was some mysterious mold like thing on my biscuit. Never again I will drive to the Wendy’s in wildwood 20 minutes away before I go back here. Shame on me for not learning my lesson the first ten times.

We stopped in through the drive-thru around 10pm with a big order and a big bill. I felt so bad for being difficult but the young lady that was managing at the time did a fantastic job at correcting any issues that arose and the rest of the crew did an awesome job at getting our big order out SUPER FAST. We had to stay super late at work and this meal got us through it all! Thanks guys! ❤️

Warning. Make sure you check your food. This does not look like a spicy Asiago chicken sandwhich….. and the one burger we did order was NOT the correct burger. I have yet to EVER get my whole order correct. I have either items I never ordered or items made in correctly. It’s truly sad especially when your making orders one car at a time. Wait time is forever and then you get attitude when you say something is wrong. I stopped going to Belleview a couple years ago for the same issues. It’s not hard work. With so much competition in the area you would think they would do things correctly to try and make their business better than the rest.

Just went through drive through. I ordered a Dave’s double with a chocolate coffee cold brew. .
Only one hamburger patty and the chocolate coffee drink tasted like caramel. I said something to the drive through girl and she said it’s a deep chocolate. I’m sorry but chocolate is chocolate , Not Caramel.

Wendy’s operations are outdated and cause inaccurate orders such as the one received. I asked for no ice in my drink, once discovered the drink had ice, I handed it back and asked for a new drink. The worker proceeded to dump the drink into the another cup instead of giving me a new pour as requested. The worker instructed another worker to fill the cup up with the machine un the dining area. As they were there, I explained why, but was not heard. The worker went and filled up the cup. When she came to the window, I repeated my request then explained the situation and was quick to act without delay to get a new fill in a different cup. We had to wait longer than that to have the order completed. When they handed me the 2nd burger, upon inspection, also didn’t come as it was specifically requested, with no tomato, no lettuce, no mayo and instead came with all of it. We had to do some modifying before ingestion. The previous time we visited it was good. So…50/50.

This place has trouble filling orders correctly. Within the last 2 months, I’ve gotten the wrong meal 3 times. And I’ve also found a green string from a brush on one of my burgers. Although they’ve made it right, i think some quality control is needed. Today, I ordered a double deluxe, and I was given a single deluxe. I wasn’t charged for the double, so I didn’t ask for a replacement. but the lady I spoke with wasn’t rude, but she wasn’t very friendly.

Bought the new spicy chicken sanwhich in Belleview FL and is nothing like the ones I normally purchase in the new Oxford FL Wendy’s instead of fried pickels it’s just crumbs from the fried pickels and bacon shriveled up to nothing.. it was without a doubt 1 lazy person that made this sandwich. I will never go back.
