There is a very short girl that works the drive-thru that talks extremely fast and acts like you are asking for free food or something when you ask for the amount of sauce that you want. I just ordered a burrito ask for extra green sauce and she told me they don’t have any ready right now. I don’t think it’s that hard to go make some sauces so I can have what I want with my order. I will never be coming back to this restaurant.
I would much rather go to somewhere that’s going to have things ready and not act like I’m asking for free food when I just want the right sauce with my burrito

It’s funny to think that it’s acceptable to have a combo meal for $15 which consists of 7 chips, watery guac and a burrito that is half the size of ANY other Mexican place in Utah. Never again

No disrespect to Mr. Sanders, but KFC just got knocked out of the running. The chicken is delicious (mango habenero goes crazy), the mac and cheese is PHENOMENAL, and the corn is even better than you’d expect. 10 stars. Can’t recommend it enough.

See update below. We ordered a 3 piece meal and a cheese quesadilla with chicken and a side of sour cream and a side of quacamole. My husband loved his chicken. My quesadilla was so very dry. The chicken was dry and hardly any cheese. I didn’t get my sour cream. They gave me salad dressing instead. I was really disappointed. But I can say the bathroom was spotless and employees were very nice.
UPDATED 9/10/22. We stopped in again for lunch. My husband had the 2 piece meal and I had the Shredded Chicken Quesadilla. Both were delicious. Staff was wonderful. They offer a military discount, which is great. I raised them from 2 stars to 5 stars. Thanks for a great meal.

I eat here all of the time because they are normally very efficient and the food is good. However when I went last time a few weeks ago and then today this is the 2nd time I have almost eaten a chicken bone that was in my burrito. I am not sure why they are prepping food and not ensuring there are no bones left however it caused me to almost choke on chicken and now I have wasted most of my meal. Considering they serve mostly chicken I would be aware of what you eating if it doesn’t have a bone in it already!!!

We come from California for a Business trip, I am very familiar with Pollo Loco brand. I was surprised with this location. We visited this location Monday 23, 2023 it was around lunch time. when we arrived the staff greeted with a friendly smile, they suggested their New grillers, fresh chips and Guacamole. My order was perfectly fresh and delicious we ordered the grilled chicken combo, chips and guacamole. We were astonished to see a clean lobby and the Restrooms where nicely stocked and clean. Lety was very friendly she came to our table to make sure our order was perfect and offered us condiments. We will be stopping to this Pollo Loco occasionally for our future business trips just for the exceptional service we received yesterday. In my personal opinion this Pollo Loco has overcome my expectations. Thank you for the delicious food and customer service.

I don’t know if this franchise is very new but my experience was a disaster.
First , all the orders were wrong ! They even forgot to add chicken to a salad and their “family” Guacamole is a joke (the size won’t even fit a family of 4)
Then the chicken is totally tasteless.Well , if you get the regular chicken pieces it would be fine , but nothing compare to other locations like Viva La Chicken or Chicken express.The Chicken is grilled , I was able to see that , but it’s simply tasteless and is not even moist but on the dry side.
My burrito was a joke , with only a couple pieces of chicken , all rice and some black beans.The rest más missing.
The Tamales are another joke , just corn and a tiny little bit of chicken.Tasteless too.
And the service was lame.The manager looked at me with a funny face when I show him my bowl with no chicken in it and didn’t even apologize.
There are better places around for Chicken or even this type of Tex Mex food.

My sauce was all over. The bag was crushed and my sauces got all over everything. The Mac’n’cheese is a bit soupy but flavor is there. The chicken’s flavor is good, mashed potatoes are also good. The chipotle chicken avocado burrito is a staple for me.
