We’ve come here quite often and there’s 2 young men that, when they’re working, its amazing! They make the food with excellence and they’re so kind! Its so nice to see from younger employees (maybe teens to early 20s). I wish I knew their names bc I’d give them a shout out for sure! Ill update when I find out who they are!

Fresh food, friendly service, spacious and comfortable dining room, wheelchair friendly, both English and Spanish speaking staff. We got their sausage biscuit breakfast special which was good and about 30% cheaper than neighboring fast food restaurants —a real plus if you’re traveling with kids. Plus they have senior coffee special if you’re an old kid.

Ripped me off on bags of ice – extremely petty and rude!
From time to time, I get bags of ice from Wendy’s and the bags are always full. Tonight, I got two bags of ice and they refused to fill them. I poured one bag into the other so one of the two bags would be full and the lady could see how bad she ripped me off (one bag was 1/2 empty after I topped off the other bag. In other words, I paid for two bags of ice but only got 1 and 1/2 bags). She said they are not supposed to fill the bags and refused to fix the problem. I told her I’ve never bought bags of ice from Wendy’s that were missing so much ice. Her response to me was, “I don’t know who’s filling up the bags all the way, but the way I did it is how they are supposed to be filled.” This makes me want to never go back to Wendy’s, not knowing if I’m gonna get ripped off, and workers so petty they won’t even fill a bag of ice – she would rather get nasty with me over it. Strange hill to die on. Extremely disappointing. For the owners, if they care and want an opportunity to know who needs to be retrained – this happened on 4/23/2025 @ about 11:40PM at the 6600 SR64 location. The woman that got nasty with me and refused to sell full bags of ice was an over weight white woman (looked like she may have been a manager of some sort). The image attached to this review is what she gave me and refused to fix. Does that looks like 2 full bags of ice to anyone? Would anyone be happy paying for two bags of ice and getting this? Such an easy thing for her to fix and she absolutely refused – AMAZING!!

Went to get 2 sandwiches and a frosty, it took several minutes before anyone came to the intercom to take my order, they were very rude. when I got my food I had ordered a large frosty and was handed a small. Personally not worth the wait or the money.

Poor customer service it was 8:45 this morning and the door was locked and there was a worker sitting down watching customers tug on the door and leave but we got his attention and he told us to go around to the door at drive thru really its almost 9:00 in the morning and u have doors still locked , so we got in my friend placed an order and there was no one to behind the counter or in the food area it was a ghost town and he already waited 10 minutes the only reason they came from the back is because I needed to make sure I was picking the right address because I was placing an order on the mobile app and they didn’t even know the address where they work at . Just poor customer service so I sat in the parking lot and ate my food and watched 10 customers tug on the locked door and they didn’t even pull around to the drive thru they just left we started to do the same thing

Ordered pub fries. The expectation and the reality were definitely not the same. They didn’t taste horrible but clearly somebody missed the training class on how to put these together. Food was otherwise OK. I don’t expect perfection when it comes to fast food but this was a very clear lack of effort.

Every time I come to this location at least 2-3 times a week in hopes it will be better but I’m parked or they don’t have baked potatoes which crazy because it’s Wendy’s and it’s happened about 4 times now should there be a bunch of potatoes my food is mostly cold even when I’m parked and no one is there or I’m missing something I don’t
