The employees that work here are all rude and disrespectful with the exception of maybe 1 or 2 of them. Even the managers are rude. They all have nasty attitudes and act like they are being forced to work there. You get all sorts of dirty looks. They will mess up your order and talk to you as if you are the one that went in the back and messed it up. I dont see how this place is still here. I guess its because there’s not too many options but the owner has to do something about these damn employees.

Well the girl taking my order on 2/3/26 around 2:15pm speaks horrible English. Took my order of a bacon cheeseburger and small diet dr. Pepper. When I got to the window she asked me to give her my order. I did. ??? Then got the wrong sandwich. A browned chunk of lettuce the size of a half dollar. Ick. They don’t have Vanla frosties today. Last week no cookies. Says oven is broken. Yikkkkkes!

I went through the drive-through and tried to use my reward points, but the scanner wouldn’t work. The cashier was about to proceed without applying them, but the manager noticed the look on my face and immediately stepped in. Without hesitation or even asking to see my phone, they trusted me and made it right on the spot. That’s the kind of service that makes a customer happy! It was 10:30 PM, I was tired and not in the mood for a hassle, so I truly appreciated this manager’s attention to detail and excellent customer service. I wish I would’ve asked for your name, but kudos to you!
