I was disappointed by the service or the establishment’s capacity to deliver adequate quality in staff or its products. Several incidents occurred; the latest appeared in a sequence: 1. We waited in line while the employees engaged in a long conversation with friends in the car show. 2. Staff/employee failed to take the appropriate steps to take orders. 3. Staff further derelicts their poor execution in consumer sovereignty. In Summary, I had to tossed the food away to ensure it’s not crossed contaminated and consumed!

I ordered a small chili and a small chocolate frosty. Chili was good but not really as hot as usual. Frosty was pretty melted, as if it had been poured several minutes before it was given to me. Service person was pleasant.

The food was good but the facilities were gross. Bathrooms were nasty, no toilet paper in one of the women’s stalls. My husband said the men’s were dirty too and the hand dryer didn’t work. The area where you eat looked dirty as well. Who ever owns and/or manages this place should be ashamed.

Very disappointed about the service in this place the girl working today 01-04-23 was rude and very racist with the Spanish community in Immokalee, she literally making fun of the accent and being disrespectful just because my mother had a strong Spanish accent , she supposed to get fired because to work with customers service her behavior it’s racist and nasty, she supposed to work far away from people or in a state with only Americans because it seems that she is mad about having Spanish people around Florida, that’s very unprofessional from her, doing them kind of racist talks about a town full of Mexicans, Cubans, Venezuelan hard working people, SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED , she is literally racist and not supposed to work with customers service, hopefully this reach to the manager.
