Walked in at 4pm on 5/19(looking at the schedule would indicate who was working). 3 team members talking to each other. Completely ignoring the counter. Few customers inside. After greeting the cashier and saying “Hi”, the response was turn your back away from the customer. WOW! We left in shock. There is no service here. Management team should be embarrassed.

I don’t know what it is about this particular Wendy’s but the staff is always so friendly and quick and the food is consistently hot, fresh, and comes out quickly. They clearly pride themselves on delivering the best Wendy’s experience possible.
