It says they open at 10:30 AM but sadly they do not. All of the doors for dine in were locked they were five other people waiting to get in including a retired veteran. There were also five cars in the drive-through not being taken care of.
Love the food, but this location absolutely terrible with service.
11 AM and still nothing. I even drove around the building multiple times to try the other doors and I actually spoke with an employee that was outback throwing away cardboard and Made him aware of the people waiting outside the doors and in the drive-through that he could clearly see but With no care in the world, he did nothing that would’ve made Dave proud. It’s a shame

What a DUMP. Staff NEEDS to be fired and new clean people should be hired. I am going to call health department on this place! If you don’t like your job, then Quit, and let someone who is grateful to work take your place. Terrible drive thru attendants managers and lazy cooks! Awful! Do not come here ever!!! i went here and bought a fish sandwich and it came out thin and burnt hard i told the manager if they can do another one and she told me it was going to come out the sane.well why they dont adjust the cooking time this way it will come out good .just like shown in the picture.ad the soda machine the drinks were hot and tasted very bad like watery omg this is a bad experience ever.never had i went thru such bad experience next time

The food is not worth the experience (or the cost). I ordered carryout (online) on 08/22 around 11:30am, when I got to the store the manager said I couldn’t receive my order because of pending payment. The money was already taken from my account. Plenty of restaurants (like the McDonald’s across the street) will give you your mobile orders before it’s finalizing by the merchant. She offered no assistance or refund despite seeing my receipt, she just had a smug look on her face and said until it’s finalized she won’t make my food. It was finalized 3 days after and I had to contact the company directly to get any sort of compensation. I would recommend another wendy’s if you want to have a pleasant experience.
