Last night around 10pmish .went in to get my order. No hello. No anything. Got a worker, clearly not into customer service, asked about my order . It said NOT READY and just walked away. This person female, went to take out the trash, came back without washing hands. 15 minutes later, they call out my order. No sorry it took so long! Or even thank you for your order!? I asked about my drink, she comes back with drink. Unbelievable NO ICE ?? So,I asked her if I could get ice?? Guess what this wonderful person said?? WE ARE OUT OF ICE!! Not sorry sir we’re out of Ice, nope. Clearly, this place has ZERO, management, saw the so called manger hiding in the back. Shame full.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered 45$ in food and literally almost everything they gave us was raw… the employees are EXTREMELY rude. The inside of the restaurant is absolutely filthy. The health department needs to do everyone a favor and shut this place down.

The place need better cleaning. The manager on shift was quite rude with the customers, barely acknowledging them after some time. The staff was much more friendly. My order took forever, nothing special, just nuggets.
I have used the drive through a few times in the past, it went a better. It seems things fall apart during peak hours.

Genuinely disappointed in how dry and crusty the chicken sandwich is and still putting whatever ingredients they guess on. The people behind the counter do not know how to do the bare minimum of making food properly in food service. I ripped the chicken patty feeling like it was beef jerky, that’s sad lol

Worst Wendy’s I have ever been inside of. Drive thru service has been ok. However, ever time I order inside the service is terrible!! This last time today I went inside and ordered 4 snickerdodle frosty and the lady acknowledged she made them wrong but still handed them to me anyways. (Just vanilla) When we politely asked her to make them the right way she took them and slammed them into the trash with an attitude. Rude and unprofessional never again.

Excellent breakfast. One of my favorite fast food breakfast spots. I don’t know what happened with the Frosty-chino, but the first time I had it, it was delicious, but the next two times I went, it almost tasted like a scoop of frosty was put into water. I’ll be doing iced coffee or lemonade from now on.

There’s actually an employee on break here. Back in the day no one would take a break until the dining room was presentable and this place is actually in good shape today.
