The last incident was the last straw. First things first, they’re always arguing. It’s the black girl in the back talking to her employees crazy. She needs one of them to rock her. There’s a nice white girl with tattoos in the front sometimes, she’s great. But I’ve seen that same girl talking to her and belittling her. My kids always ask me if they’re fighting back there. They have sticky traps for roaches under neath the soda machine visible to customers. Last straw was that they gave my son raw chicken. I told them to just give me brand new freshly made tenders. The tenders were out TWO mins later. They did not care. Never again spare yourself.

I understand it’s made to order but when your ordering online or from door dash it should be MADE when u call and ORDER. There is expected pick up times and a door dash driver for a reason. Pull up and its not even started and the customers are pissed and we can’t make any money cuz it takes 25 minutes to get the food. Make the food when the foods ordered. Wendys Is the slowest resteraunt in town and there’s never a line. Smh

Ordered at 8 am and arrived at the store at 8:30. There was no line and the cashier instructed the cook to start my order and “pull up and wait” I waited until 8:44 making me late for work.
What is the point of using the app to pre order when they aren’t going to start it until I arrive anyway? 30 minutes after ordering I should be able to just pull up and have the order ready and waiting
When I mentioned the wait (over 45 minutes total) the cashier got super rude with me and claimed she doesn’t see the app orders. Absolute garbage system.
I buy breakfast for my employees every Saturday morning. It will be the last time from this location thanks to the employee and her attitude.
We all have to get to work on time, apparently “working” here is optional…good lawd lady. Told ya I’d leave ya a nice review when you caught an attitude with me

Stoped only because traffic was crawling and there were no other choices. Was pleasantly surprised how it was much better than that other clown place. The chicken tenders were big and REAL chicken! The burgers are not dried out pucks, and the fries were perfect! Specially ordered my burger and they got it right, with a smile. Wow, why is that other place so busy?

The food was great, quick, and fresh. The service was good by the lady at the counter. My only issue was the I’m assuming she was a manager was sitting in the lobby being extremely rude to her staff. Calling them dumb and belittling them. Even made one of them spray round up around the restaurant as punishment. The whole think just didn’t sit right with me. Ms Darlene was her name. Just do better.

I had ordered an Uber and went through the drive-through at Wendy’s to go home and eat so I had asked for everything to be fresh, then placed my order I ordered two big bags one JBC biggie bag and one double stack biggie bag. The buns were hard the meat was like rubber and all dried out also on the double stack biggie bag. I had specifically stated I don’t want pickle! But there was pickle I’m allergic to pickles, cucumbers, The sandwich was not even edible. It was disgusting terrible the fries that came with the biggie bag was cold and it had salt, even though I had ordered no salt on the fries. The nuggets wasn’t tasty either. They weren’t hot, but they weren’t cold. However, when I ordered what I wanted to drink with both bags, I had said orange HighC no ice she tries to hand me the Cups with ice in them. I told her no ice once again so she’s strange both of the cups into another cup After already having ice in it. I had politely asked her if she can just dump it out and make me fresh orange HighC with no ice because it tasted water down and she said no I’m not dumping it out you can drink it. I do not appreciate being treated like this by Wendy’s staff and them getting away with it because they are managers, I would like a refund for both of my bags because I am not able to eat them but I can’t take them back to the store because I don’t have the money to pay for another Uber and she didn’t even have the decency to give me my receipt

My worst experience here. The manager seemed like she wanted to fight me. I was on a video call with my sisters and Jakira didn’t greet me she just came on very rude. I tried explaining to her that I wasn’t speaking to her she said she’d have me removed by the police (this was in the drive thru line) I asked why. She then says ” I’m not going to take your order so…we’ll come inside then” I go inside and asked to speak to the manager… LMAO she’s the manager. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL she came to the front and walked away cussing at me. She said that I was UNPROFESSIONAL… Lol how if we never exchanged words. If she’s tired then she shouldn’t work there especially with that attitude. Now I know why ppl cause fights bc that manager is definitely asking for a beating. I felt threatened! I plan on taking this far. I have 4 witness’s as well.

Chicken burger was good. Lemonade was horrible. Grilled chicken wrap was not that good. Fries were good. There are better places available for this price range. I would suggest Chick-fil-A or Arby’s. Better than Burger King and McDonald’s at the same time, wendy’s is costlier. Wendy’s Price is on par with Arby’s and Chick-fil-A, but taste is below par.
