Food was great Good selection of meats, and the sauces were awesome. It was super crowded and we had along wait, about an hour. We hung. Out by the bar area. This worked out well for us, and was the warmest part of our experience there. The table we sat was cold, cold like we were sitting outside (it was December), the food compensated for it however

Horrible experience. The service was awful, took about 20 minutes for the server to come out with our meat. Waitress kept on forgetting our orders and never came by to check on us. Not only was the service bad but the food was -1 stars. Hair on the meat I ordered, the brisket seemed old and it was chewy with a beef jerky texture. The bulgogi didn’t seem right either. They need to close this place down.

10.27.25 Untasty. Our 1st and last time trying Gen Korean BBQ, which doesn’t taste anything like Korean BBQ. No wonder it was $20.95 AYCE Lunch. Tea is awful at $2.98/cup. Waitress was nice but sevice was spotty, she had to attend to many tables and didn’t even light up the grill until we let another staff member know and she got our waitress to light the grill.

View menu from QR code download and request 4x orders of protein and 2x appetizers at a time. You must order every single item, including banchan, salad, sauce, except for the 5 measley small sauce bowls skimpily dotted with banchan set out for you initially which consist of *sliced radish kimchi, *regular Napa cabbage kimchi, *sliced cucumber kimchi, *creamy potato salad, and *mungbean jelly.

Food looks fresh, but is chewy, tough, and barely edible. Would not revisit again and regret eating any of this terrible food. Very embarrassed to think diners think this is real Korean food.

Update: Lots of people and long waiting time. Table for 5, up to 30 min waits per round. Wished there were more staff.

Great price for an AYCE (prices attached below). Servers were friendly and attentive, service was good. Meat pretty nice and you could select a variety. Only problem was the ventilation, as smoke would often come in my direction. Another thing a reviewer pointed out was that is wasn’t advanced technologically, especially for a kbbq place, as the servers would need order your items personally. We had a party of 6.

honey soy beef belly RAHHH. best item on menu (especially when you eat it with ssamjang). i personally did not enjoy the kimchi fried rice (im a picky eater) but my friend did.

lunch discount is especially worth it. we went early so there were plenty of parking spots. got more crowded as time went on—same with dinner. there is a required tip percentage (i forgot exact amount) for large groups (6+)

service was a bit slow (they explained it as not having many staff in kitchen). i also find gen kbbq a bit outdated in regards to technology as they still use humans rather than an ipad/tablet.

i got a little nauseous after eating so much due to the meat and grease atmosphere so take that as you will. additionally, it is pretty cold inside

Half assed effort on everything, short-staffed, low cost, they have hotpot meat on their barbecue menu? The menu is confusing, no photos, cannot tell which one is good meat. If you are serious about food and care about quality, don’t go to this place

The worm plate was not hot enough and the food was not grilled but cooked. For meat it’s not good maybe the gas burner was not strong for the cover size. Icame with two kids and Our order was big to much for one adult and two childrens.

Really good place if you have time to wait . Tons of parking. If you want a booth you let them know right away otherwise you’ll be sitting in an area without a booth . Salad was so good and i don’t eat salad . I believe it was the dressing. I have gone a few times and i must say . EMILY is the BEST server there . She is so attentive and very pleasant. Sweet girl and very helpful with knowing the menu items .

This spot is top-quality Korean BBQ. The meat is tender and flavorful, the sides are fresh, and the service is fast and attentive. The whole place has a modern, upscale vibe that makes the experience feel premium. Definitely one of the best in the area!

Dinner was absolutely amazing! Me and my friend visit all the time to another location and this was our first time here. It was very cold inside but the dining experience wasn’t ruined by it at all! And our server Jamie was awesome and constantly checked in. We will definitely be back!
