If this is what Wendy’s is serving, prepare for bankruptcy. Wendy’s used to have “fresh” burgers and very decent chicken sandwiches. The Dave’s double we ordered today was abortive, in no way was this fresh. Stale bread, dead meat. Fries weren’t fried, just drowning in oil, soft and disgusting. The spicy filet sandwich was embarrassing, puny and awful. The only decent item was the tenders, which in no way compares to chick fil A’s. I’m so disgusted I wasted a few minutes to write a review hoping Wendy’s can fix this before it’s too late…

Positive vs negative Experience
Our experience at Wendy’s was a mix of positives and negatives. On the positive side, the restaurant was relatively clean, and the food was decent. As with most fast food, the quality is subjective and depends on personal taste. We received our food quickly, which is expected at a fast food establishment.
However, one significant issue stood out. While we were dining, there was a loud argument among the staff that was clearly audible in the dining area. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere for our family, particularly for our children. We had to explain to them why the staff were arguing, which was not an ideal situation, especially given their young age. Disputes among employees should be handled privately, away from customers.
To end on a positive note, this was otherwise a decent fast food experience. Whether we return will depend on future circumstances.

The drive through AI is absolutely the most irritating pushy loud thing ever. Every time we go to this Wendy’s you can hear the irritation and frustration from customers in front of us yelling “NO” over and over as it continued to push and try to upsell every item. Meanwhile if you ask for a condiment you better be specific or they’re only giving you one no matter how many nuggets or fries you order has.
Don’t buy into the “free” Frosty keychain. It’s the tinyest little cup and theyve already managed to ‘run out’.

The food was decent but it took about 20 minutes although the restaurant was empty and the staff weren’t the kindest. However it was very clean.

This place is terrible. Every time I try to go on my way home from work there is always some type of issue. Today I tried to order a frosty At 1:15am and they told me that the machine was down. My guess is they shut it down early and were trying to get it cleaned up so they can go home. On a previous visit they said the computer was down and they could not take any orders. This particular visit was closer to closing about 15 minutes until 2 AM. I just felt like they did not want to have to make any more food so they just lied and said the computer was down. On a different visit my fries were cold and disgusting. I’m not even sure if they were cooked all the way. I threw them out when I got home. Certainly any of these things could have happened but strike three and you are out. It’s doubtful that all of these things occurred by chance each time I went to Wendy’s and tried to get food.
The people who work here are very rude and not helpful at all. I don’t really think they take any pride in their jobs. If you are going to have a place open until 2 AM, make sure that you are full service until 2 AM that means even if somebody shows up at one minute closing, you are still taking care of them with a smile and fresh food. This certainly will be my last visit to this location.

Saturday, February 24, 2026 – The worst customer service ever, and I’m not the type of person to do this, but this is insane. Around 2 p.m., I placed a mobile order. Around 2:17 p.m., I went to grab the food, and a lady at the speaker told me, “Okay, come to the window.” When I got to the window, a guy asked me, “What is your order?” I was confused and said, “The mobile order.” He said, “Okay, just pull your car in front of the entrance door.” He also said, “NEXT TIME, STOP AT THE SPEAKER AND SAY, ‘IT’S A MOBILE ORDER,'” which I did. So, when he came with the food, guess what happened? They forgot the NUGGETS, LIKE ALWAYS. I went to the window, and the guy was not there anymore. I told the lady, “They forgot the nuggets.” She rolled her eyes and had an attitude. My point is, why do we need to get bad customer service and a bad attitude when they know they are not doing a good job? This store needs better attention from HR or Corporate; the customer service is terrible. I usually do not visit the store often, but after this, never again.

I’m sorry… The food isn’t bad, sometimes it’s meh on the chicken but OMG this place does not run efficiently. They are always backed up or having some issue. Today my mobile order took longer than a restaurant 25 min.!! They need to have more help or just people that have a sense of urgency on making fast food efficient and… Fast.

This Wendy’s is a little older design than some of the ones I’ve been in lately. No computer terminals to input your order, but the place looks new still. The dining room was clean and I was lucky they still had the salad I wanted even though it was late at night.

For the third time in a month i was denied when asked for Mayonnaise. They told me they are out if stock. Incredible! For me mayo is a must with french fries. Every other burger store have it available without asking for!
At last Wendy’s customer service won’t answer
