Very poor customer service in drive through. Was waiting in front of menu display for a long time and when we went to pay through the window and noticed there were more than 3 girls just talking and chilling instead of taking care of take out orders in the drive through. The manager should take care of those girls.

My fiancé and I waited over 10 minutes to order waiting for staff to respond to us when we arrived at the drive through we were told if we wanted to go somewhere else we could. Horrible customer service, we went to Taco Bell across the street and we’re able to place our order when we arrived and received our food from them in minutes within ordering and with great customer service along with quality. I would never recommend this place and I’ll be contacting corporate about my experience.

I paid for four wristbands for free Frosty’s. The cashier could not find the wristbands so I told her I would go shopping at Walmart and come back and pick them up at that point. I have waited about 15 minutes for her to find them. Went to Walmart came back. She did not acknowledge that I was even standing there. She left to go on her break without saying anything I asked to talk to the manager. No one wanted to let me know who the manager was. Finally, the manager came out she had been working the drive-through. I explained the situation to her that I needed the wristbands because I had already paid for them. She said OK went back to work, and the drive-through never offered to give me my money back or the wristbands, so essentially, the money was just stole from me. I waited another 15 minutes and just ended up leaving.

My husband went to this location this morning and ordered 2 breakfast combos 1 being the baconator combo for me and a different 1 for himself. To only get 2 of the same meal and neither of them had bacon on them but of course they sure charged us for the baconator meal which was almost $3 more then the 1 I actually got.

Drive thru slow, had to repeat order 3 times, got to window, gave me the wrong food 3 times, Charged my credit card, said to hell with it, left with 1 thing we ordered. Will never return!!!!!!!!!!! PS: Did not get a receipt so will challenge with credit card company.

Staff do not get out from behind the counter often to clean tables. Floors are often messy with small food spills. Food is great, service could always be better. ..it is faster than last winter! Big road sign for Wendy’s is broken and lights are not working as well now. Very dark in the evening hours around the perimeters of the store as well.

Every time I come here it’s always slow.On this particular visit i was tired (having worked a 16 hour shift at my own job). i went thru the drive thru twice because they messed up my order and didn’t give me all my items. They had me waiting over 30 minutes to fix their screw up and in the end they still did not get it right.
