This was easily the best service I have had at a Wendy’s since the 1990s. The staff was friendly and fast. We were a family of 6, and we were each particular about our orders. The cashier and manager made sure everything was correct. The store was also very clean. We were just traveling, though, but if we are ever in the area, we will definitely be back.

They gave me the wrong burger but the food was good and fresh. The girl in the register was very charismatic. She was excellent and seemed new because she did not know the products. She was patient though and took the time to check how burgers were.

I cannot believe the outstanding customer service that I received at this location. About a month ago I lost my false teeth. They were wrapped up in a napkin, and I was visiting with friends at this location. Not knowing my dentures were inside one of the napkins, one of my party picked up all the napkins and tossed my dentures into the trash. We all left and I never thought anything about it. I got home and about 45 minutes later I realized that I hadn’t put my dentures in the cleaning solution for the night. I started to panic because I couldn’t find my dentures. I realized that my dentures were last seen at this location of Wendy’s so I went down there and Bianka, Jason, and Alex were wonderful. They pulled all the trash bags out of the dumpster after doing closing up procedures for the night and we went through all of the bags looking for my dentures. We spent a good hour and a half doing this. Unfortunately, we did not find them. I cannot speak highly enough to these great people! The food is also of high quality in great tasting. I definitely recommend this location!

Monday late lunch. Mostly clear skies. Mid 80s. Surprisingly busy. Went inside for a quick bite. Took a few minutes for our order to be taken and a few more to get the food. Staff were very nice and all were busy. Food was fresh and hot. Only minor complaint was chicken nuggets were a darker brown. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. We will return.

My Wendy’s in Fort Wayne Indiana did a great job of servicing and making the customer happy. This is my first time to go to the Wendy’s in Sebring Florida. My receipt said Toi was my server, but to whoever it was acted like she was angry and another girl in the background upset. I asked my server one question about using your app. She said I don’t do apps. She was giving me my coffee when I said I asked for cream and she said I don’t do cream and sugar it’s in the bag. Needless to say I’m not going to try your Wendys’s again. I’m sorry but I really enjoyed your product in Fort Wayne. Mike Wilson

I’m a doordasher. I had two orders. First order at Taco Bell which took 15 minutes. Go to Wendy’s for my second order wait in line behind 3 other cars which took another 15 minutes then I get to the window and THEY DIDNT EVEN START THE ORDER. I finally get it from the lady at the window she asks me what the receipt says I hand it to her assuming she needed to double check to make sure everything was there and she starts cursing me in Spanish to herself. I guess because I’m white she assumed I wouldn’t understand her, but I’m fluent in the language. Did I say anything? No because at this point I just wanted to deliver this food and keep it moving. Moral of the story, don’t judge a book by its cover thinking you’re slick cursing me in your native language. It’s unprofessional and she’s lucky I didn’t call her out and make her look a fool.

Went there today for a couple of sandwiches. The soft drink station was filthy and so was the table with straws etc. It was so filthy that it smelled. Must have been 50 or 60 cup marks on the soft drink stand table that obviously had not been cleaned in a while. Sticky all over both stations too. I did say something to the girl who took our order so she could say something to the appropriate person. I have noticed alot of people dont care about clean but I do. It turned my stomach to see and smell that filth. It makes me wonder how clean they are keeping the areas that I cannot see.
