I should have expected before I walked through the door but the salad in the picture looked appetizing although whenever I received my food it looked nothing like the photo. My taco salad had no meat, the lettuce was yellow, and I had to ask multiple times for silverware for a carry out.
$8 for a salad and I had more lettuce on my cheeseburger than I did cheese or Burger.

Food was fine and good, employees however are incompetent and ridiculously rude, I placed a mobile order and they couldn’t even get that right, kept telling us to take random food that was not ours. No communication with employees at all, everyone was arguing in the back and there were only three people waiting on food. Horrible organization and once again, rude employees. Please retrain them or reconsider if the literal manager can even have an ounce of patience.

This location is consistently disappointing. They’re always out of something—potatoes, BBQ sauce, nuggets—you name it, they’re out. And getting a correct order? Forget it. It’s like accuracy isn’t even on their radar.
I’ve given them multiple chances, but it’s the same story every time. No urgency, no accountability, and no sign they’re trying to improve. Hands down, this is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to—and easily the worst in Lakeland.
If you’re looking for reliability, skip this spot. It’s a gamble every time.

Love eating at this Wendy’s as it is close to where we live. The past few times I’ve noticed how awesome the service is. We always get a friendly “Welcome to Wendy’s” when we enter the door from the friendly female manager. On our visit right now we were even visited by the guy that took our order. He visited our table while we were eating and asked us how our meal was. It’s small touches like this that make this location fantastic! They have great values here like the 4 for $4 menu as well as $2.99 kids meals all day. This is a great Wendy’s. Keep up the great job yall.

Food was good however there was no communication between the employees at all even with the customers. The employees acted incompetent and rude claiming that we were just gonna argue if they didn’t quickly situate their confusion however I was nice and patient to them the entire time. I honestly believe new training or employment should take place. It’s a complete argumentative mess in the kitchen.

went inside waited at the counter 5 minutes no one even said hi, so decided to order on the koisks…. food gets made has literally half the toppings and is lukewarm, 2 burgers both the same way and wrong. baconator is supposed to have cheese and bacon on top and in-between, for $10 this is trash. its literally the burger they uswe for advertisments .also had no condiments and their soda machine is broken… probably worst experience in like a decade at fast food.

Came here at 6:30am as on google they say they open at 6am ON THE WENDYS WEBSITE it also states they open at 6am we pull up to the speaker and no one says anything so we ask if they are open and got nothing then proceeded to pull to the window. The manager opens the window with an attitude so we ask politely if they are open and she responds rudely “no we are not open thats why no one said anything to you at the window. We dont open til 7” she then proceeded to slam the window back closed as my boyfriend was about to respond so then he just says “ok makes sense” she then slung the window back open and said “whats that?” With an attitude like shes about to argue something so he explains that the window says 6:30 so we figured they were open and she responded back stating that it was posted somewhere on the building. If they were closed that would of just been fine but we did not need THE MANAGERS morning attitude

Get rid of the AI bs. I went to order food but it only picked up that I ordered a frosty and a caramel cold foam that looked and tasted like crap. It literally looked like they mixed a bunch of caramel with water and threw cold foam on top. It tasted nasty. I took my business to McDonald’s down the road. Where they have actual people to take your order instead of a dumb AI machine that can’t take an order correctly.

This location uses AI then gets mad at the customer when the automated person cuts you off and you have to add food at the window. The manager is rude and shouldn’t be in leadership if having to help customers due to the companies choice of ordering actuallys makes them work! This location is the worst!

I went through drive thru around 1:52am on Saturday to reward my son of a frosty for graduating to high school after his long trip. As I was sitting there a lady told me they are closed, as they shouldn’t have been as they are open till 2am. All I wanted was 2 frostys and she told me that she is not going to argue with me. I was not arguing with her I was just stating that they are still open until 2am and not having to close and clean up by 2am. She was so hesitant about getting out of there early. This should be taken care of as they are meant to serve till 2am as what there signs are posted. I worked in fast food myself and never closed before the time. Whatever this lady name is she needs to be retrained on how to do her job!
