There is not many options for a vegetarian, but an omnivore in the family said his pulled pork was good, despite looking like a burger that has been in someone’s pocket for a while. Fries came out HOT (that was good).
Location was in a gas station, seemed kind of dark and grimy behind the counter.
The gentleman working at the time was super on point though; helpful, chatty, and carried a warm smile.
Personally, as vegetarian, I will not come back, but will likely be asked to stop there again in the future.

Ive been going here since 2016 when I moved to East palatka. I honestly don’t know why Hardee’s doesn’t have its own building because they are good and they need more space. The staff is always great, the manager guy is always so friendly and caring. We always briefly chit chat about our families, any milestones met by ourselves or our kids lol. He works so much but is always in a good mood,and that says a lot about an individual. He puts on a game face no matter what and provides top notch customer service. Anyway, the food is always great. Even when they happen to be out of certain products. I’m always happy with my order. They don’t forget basic things like napkins and straws as other fast food places tend to do a lot. I enjoy going here, not just for the food. But bc the customer service is great from all the employees.

Super slow. Definitely need more help or to move to a larger location. Waited almost 15 minutes for 2 steak biscuits. Came for lunch and do not recommend that. I ordered 2 chicken wraps. The chicken was cold and again the wait was astoundingly long for sub par food. I love Hardee’s but this location needs corporate level help at this point.

Experience here just seems to be getting worse I come from out of town and come by here all the time I generally get the biscuits and gravy it’s not all that good but I decided to get a loaded omelette biscuit and look at that The eggs are scorched this place is just horrible

Drive thru was closed around 5pm. I think someone was on break. No biggie I just went inside. The girl was super nice and the Super Star Burger was really good. It’s part of a gas station which is cool because I grabbed a few other things while there. See you again soon!

Drive thru is probably the best, I get two biscuits and gravy with two breakfast burritos, it’s like ten dollars, the man there says “welcome home to Hardee’s” every time, always good food, lunch time I had a double Frisco burger, was like two years ago, almost had a heart attack so maybe stick with that single, always buyer beware in my eyes, anyway xoxoxoxoxoxo and thank you Hardee’s for years of good food….

Whats the point of having a drive through if it’s always closed? Pure laziness. Tried 3 separate times in one week. Pretty sad. Silly little cones in the drive through like they’re gonna do something almost tempted to drive over or throw in the woods!

I stopped here this morning and waited in line for about 15 minutes before I left. I was inside waiting in front of the counter and the cook in the back was telling the server he didn’t care if she was behind. I left and went to my inspection.
I came back for lunch to see if it would be different. When I arrived at the menu board somebody came on and said we’re sorry but we’re very busy there’s a lot of cars in front of you and we have a full front of the house. He said he’d be right back to me, and I waited about three minutes. When he came back online, he apologized and asked me for my order. I ordered the number one with a sweet tea, and he said please pull forward.
In fact, I did have a long wait in the drive-through line with nothing to do but look at all the trash beside the building.
From the time I ordered my food until I picked up my order at the drive-through window was 21 minutes. The order taker was very polite and friendly he took my payment and thanked me and said he’d be right back with my food. He thanked me again and handed me my food.
The sweet tea tasted fresh not too much ice and not too much sugar. The fries were just warm, and I wasn’t going to go back at this point. The famous cheeseburger was good. The bun was fresh and soft. The lettuce was crisp tomatoes were firm and the onions were crunchy. Overall, I was very satisfied with the burger.
I would probably give them a higher score had I not had to wait so long both in the morning and in the afternoon. The highlight of my visit was the polite server in the drive-through, he was very friendly and thoughtful.

It took me 15 min in the drive thru then I decided to go in side and the girl was up front play on the computer and she say that they would get you soon so I walked out. And there weren’t alot of people putting orders in think 2 and three in drive thru. They are slow. And the biscuit hard.

First I would like to give a huge “Thank you to Brian”! He went above and beyond on what customers service is. His service started at the drive-thru speaker, in which we were greeted with a Hardee’s jingle. It made me and my sons morning. We drove quite a way to get the “cinnamon raisin biscuits” and he fulfilled our request. Thanks again! Your hard work will not go unnoticed, Brian. Have an amazing day ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
