I came in Dec 4th 530pm. The staff here are top-notch. They run a tight ship on this shift. Very helpful and courteous. This is my first time dining in at this new location. I ordered the Daves Double combo. My burger was very ,very fresh and hot. Thanks. Ill definitely be back soon, i live right down the road.

This drive-thru did not have an actual human working on the drive-through line. I had to speak to AI which was unable to customize my order. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal. After I got my meal, I asked the worker for a sweet chili sauce and she said that the meals no longer comes with sauce that it is 54cents for 1 sauce. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable Wendy. I don’t understand how Wendy’s expect customers to eat their French fries. Do better Wendy’s. Might as well close your doors. I’m not going to Wendy’s again.

Well, I stopped in to check out this brand new location. Tried the Alaskan fish sandwich combo. Honestly, the management is a 0 stars if that’s how they run their store. Food was cold, and the beverage machine for soda sprays all over, they have greasy doors at entry. They don’t know how to read orders in order. What a disappointing experience from a Brand New Wendy’s.

Stopped here on November 26th 20 minutes before closing and usually the customer service be horrible at other locations but I was highly appreciative with the customer service. I was patient and not in a hurry, I asked for a well done Meal and that I did get fries were perfect and both sandwiches were made well which I was surprised even that the tomato was not saggy at all. They took a little long but asking for it well done was expected but due to the wait I appreciate the drink that was offered to me for being patient. Service like this is highly valuable and this location would be likely to seeing me around again. I don’t normally got too many good reviews at other locations but that night made my day

Tell me why I have to place my own order on a kiosk when there’s no one else in the entire restaurant. Btw this came from the manager on duty not the employees. Pure laziness and lack of customer support. To top things off. A few of my nuggets were undercooked, basically raw.

They want us to use their mobile ordering stalls so they can make their drive thru numbers look good, but their employees are taking up half the parking spots when the rest of the lot is empty. How about leave those for customers and don’t be lazy and walk a few extra steps.

Waited in The drive-through for over 10 minutes for a simple order. Rude 40 year Hispanic women with ginger/blonde hair would not compensate me for the long wait. Even getting upset when I asked for a different sauce.

Took my little one out alona lunch date. She was so excited for the meal toys. The manager noticed she didn’t get the one she wanted and surprised her with the toy. Good food and service. So happy to have a great Wendy’s in my area.

The customer service provided by Alexis and Briana was excellent. The food was fresh and the service was fast. I was extremely pleased and I will be back. I live in Haines City but the one here is terrible. I will be making the drive to Davenport from now on.
