I am a regular Wendy’s customer Honestly this on Park Blvd Seminole FL. far exceeds others I have visited reh.gulary All do whatever is needed at that moment for a great experience… THEY HAVE THE RIGHT ATTITUDE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM !! Listen careful , get the order correct first time! Food ALWAYS hot and fresh! BATHROOMS CLEAN!!!! IN FACT ENTIRE STORE BOTH IN AND OUT EXCELLENT… They actually leave condiments to be easily accesible to patrons but most importantly they are always pleasant and. Polite… They understand peoples don’t care how much you know, they want to know How much you care! Please recognize their EXCELLENT SERVICE

I was there last night, March 8th 2026. I ordered a small chili, ate it there and drove home. It was very watery but decided it wasn’t worth going back inside to replace. HUGE MISTAKE!!! Within 20 minutes of eating the chili, as I arrived home I became violently ill; I started sweating, I felt dizzy & faint, weak and my vision was dim. I didn’t even make it to the front door I fell down in the parking lot and started vomiting for the next 45 minutes. A neighbor saw and carried me to my front door. Thankfully they helped me inside my home. I continued to vomit throughout the night until 11 AM today, March 9, 2026, it’s now 5 PM of the next day and I am still feeling faint, dizzy, nauseous and weak. I’ve never had this experience at a Wendy’s. I will never return to this location or any other Wendy’s. EVER.

Went through the drive-through at this location three times and they still could not get my order right. When I asked for a refund, the manager wanted to refuse. I told her I would just do a charge back on my card and attempted to let her know that the contract they have if I don’t get what I order I get my money back. She threatened to call the police. When she called 911 and saw me getting on Twitter she decided that she was gonna give me my refund. She told the 911 operator never mind who informed her that ma’am you just called 911 we have to come. The 911 operator asked her if I was being aggressive she said no asked her if drugs or alcohol were involved, she said no after her if I had any weapons and she said no. Ma’am, why are you calling 91? Which is why she told the 911 operator never mind because she knew she had no reason to call. I will be putting in a freedom of information act request to get that 911 call and sending it to corporate. This is absolutely ridiculous. As a Hispanic woman to have somebody threatened to call the police on me when ice is all over the place and doesn’t care if I’m a citizen or not it’s a threat to my safety because you don’t wanna give me a refund because your crew can’t make an order correctly. Absolutely insane!

I never go in, always In the drive thru, and I’m not sure what all the negative reviews are about. Something tells me you got bad service because you were probably nasty to the employees. I eat here all the time. Almost every other day, and for the last couple months. Never had a single bad experience. The employees are always really nice, they maybe sound tired sometimes but never rude (they’re human too). Food is always what I expect from Wendy’s it’s always good and cheap, they’ve never missed a single item in my bag and always give me a spoon or straw for my frosty/drink. Keep up the good work at this location, because I don’t wanna go anywhere else. <3

It’s a Wendy’s like any other. Tonight, going through the drive-thru, the food was cooked properly, fries were fresh and the young man at the window was friendly and pleasant. I was really hungry before stopping and the food hit the spot.

Even though it was well before their closing time (10:20pm, they close at 1am), they had locked the doors to anyone coming to eat inside the restaurant. I had walked over from a nearby hotel. I tried getting their attention to just order via the drive-through but that did not work, I just seemed as though I was invisible to them without being inside a car.

There’s no way I’m paying twelve credits for two medium drinks and a sad, compressed Dave’s Single. Twelve credits. For sustenance extruded through a digital clown’s neural net. I fought through their AI ordering system—its synthetic politeness, its little pauses that made it sound almost human—and by the end, I half-expected it to thank me for my data instead of my money.

Six bucks, that’s what it should’ve been. Back when people still worked the registers, you could look them in the eyes, see the fatigue, the quiet rebellion. Now the screens don’t look back. They just hum and calculate what your patience is worth in real time.

It hit me then—this wasn’t about food anymore. It was a test. The machine seeing how far I’d go before saying no.

So I left. Just drove off. They can keep the burger, the drinks, the illusion of convenience. Somewhere in that drive-thru camera, my face is archived as “noncompliant.” I wonder if that’s still the same as being human.

If this restaurant makes your order wrong they are not answering the phone so use this restaurant at your own free will because if they make a mistake they will not pick up the phone at this point dispute charges with the card company and inform them that the company is not picking up the phone or trying to rectify the situation..
What restaurant don’t pick up the phone unless they know they serve in food intentionally wronged out the window!!!!

And to be clear with the public this is the one by Walmart in p park.. also they don’t even have all the drinks available in the lobby I don’t know why these restaurants went to the new soda machines that are constantly out of flavors..,. Stupid concept

Wife got multiple meals but specifically for mine the tea is like sugar water and the bread on my sandwich is hard on at least 30% of the bun. Highly unacceptable and the only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because I usually only eat here on lunch which I never seem to get bad food from lunch crew

Placed my order with there AI system go to the window and some machine that they have to place your money in rejected my $10 bill manager even said it was real but couldn’t except my money so they told me they couldn’t sell me my order. What happened to real people and cashiers. Thank you McDonald’s for taking my order and collecting my money with your paid employees.
