The wait time for even the simplest of orders is out of control. Waited 27 minutes for a small order there was 2 cars in the drive thru and 3 people with me inside waiting there was no excuse for the long wait time for the simplest of orders. Fast food is supposed to be that, fast food if I wanted a long wait I’d go to an actual nice restaurant where the wait is excused.

I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order…. NO ONE EVEN TRIED!!!!!!! I don’t make $15 a hour at McDonald’s to put in my OWN ORDER!!!!! Ridiculous!!! SMH! Service sucks . The store is very clean. Not one friendly worker not one hello not one May I help you… 25 years ago I got my start at McDonald’s as a Manager. … FOR ME THE DISAPPOINTMENT RUNS DEEP!!! Shameful . Do not go here find a different restaurant that is happy to serve you and doesn’t want you to work for free putting in your own order then paying full price! You want me to put in my own order then I want 50% off. I don’t work for free. So I will take my money even if it costs more just to have great service or for that matter any service….

So I ordered a Door Dash delivery tonight and the delivery failure – which is TOTALLY the fault of the local McDonalds franchise – resulted in NEITHER of the orders of French Fries that were in my Door Dash order being in the delivery. I essentially paid for two orders of French Fries that I won’t ever see (which I can easily afford the loss of, but….why the heck can’t I get the things I paid for?) and I’ve learned my lesson the hard and expensive way: don’t order Mickey D’s on-line and ESPECIALLY not from the La Pine Oregon McDonalds store…

Ordered quarter pounders. The girl said that they were out of quarter pounder patties, so we ordered a couple of cheese burgers. Buns were cold. Cheese wasn’t melted. Asked for salt and pepper and the girl grabbed the basket from under the counter, slid it onto the counter and walked off like I’d offended her. Went to the quick shop across the hall and used their microwave to heat up the burgers. I don’t expect a whole lot when I go to McDonald’s, but I do expect warm food and friendly service.

Doesn’t take much to see how dry it is. Ordered 2 fish sandwiches and had to wait 15 minutes for 1 and it came out cold. Maybe the Acarregui family should spend a little money on training. Oh wait, it was a little, needs to be more. Don’t blame the kids.

Chicken nuggets small fry and vanilla milkshake the meal it was it was pretty good I mean the fries weren’t the hot ones coming out because it was at not at the time of the day where it’s really really busy and the fry machine keeps going but I mean the food is good the milkshake was even better but it’s just that small little Lobby areas just not kept up very well and it’s it’s not comfortable.

I ordered curbside on the mobile app. I sat and waited half an hour for my food at spot 1like the app said. After awhile I went in and showed proof of my order and curbside pickup. Wasn’t even apologetic. Not even busy either. Lady was unfriendly and not helpful

Customer service is very poor from the person in charge. She doesn’t like her job or the customer, it seems. No amount of good food can out way the experience of mistreatment. Upper management needs to do a better job of finding the right people. Don’t tell me there aren’t any good people to hire, thats a lame excuse. Do your do diligence and your reviews will go up appropriately.

Placed an order through the app and it wasn’t until I was basically standing outside that the app canceled my order. I had to walk up to the door to find out they were closed for a Christmas party. Absolutely unacceptable and really glad I had to drive home hungry after a 9 hour day. Not even Google listed them as closed.
