food was good but i ordered a frosty cream cold brew & they must’ve left the cream out all day bc it tasted so disgusting. literally all clumped up in the coffee i couldn’t drink it. used to work at wendy’s too NEVER seen it look like this

Hosted by Lacy, very unpleasant experience, she needs to understand working in a fast food restaurant, still part of the hospitality industry. I just hope she can get educated and find the job of her dreams.
Your staff makes me feel am not welcome on your dining room, am not local but I have to come very often to Clearwater for business, next time I’ll have to make sure I can find an hotel with more dining options around.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location due to the cashier, Kaira. When we asked about our Wendy’s key tag, she rolled her eyes and said we’d have to order a Frosty separately. She told us the key tag was in the bag, but it wasn’t—and we also received the wrong order.
When we tried to clarify at the drive-thru, she shut the window while arguing with another staff member. I went inside to fix the issue with a different employee, and Kaira interrupted another customer interaction to say, “I hope you’re not talking about me,” then began arguing that she was the most polite employee there.
She was loudly arguing with staff and customers and behaved in a hostile, unprofessional way. I spoke to the manager, Michael, and the only resolution offered was a free Frosty. No one addressed her behavior. I would avoid this location because of this experience.

This place surprised me, me and my mom came to eat here and it’s really clean and beautiful especially inside it feels like I’m in a restaurant there is even this nice firs place in the right side corner of the store that honestly not gonna lie if you’re broke but still want a good looking date with your gf or bf or wife or husband but yall are tight on money or so.ething this would be a nice place to come especially the fire place that they have here.
Loved it super clean and well taken care off unlike other fast food places where the places are dirty and the atmosphere is bleh.
It’s also pretty cheap and tasteful highly recommend it I mean even for a nice small date.

So I came to this location on December 13th 2005 at around 12:45 p.m. for lunch. Of course the woman at the speaker was rude, I always respond with a thank you and of course silence. Pull up to the window and I’m guessing it’s the same woman again, complete silence. I said thank you again to her at the window and have a nice day and got nothing in return. I understand no one wants to work fast food, but there’s no excuse to be this rude
