Lunch time and wanted to skip Taco Tuesday’s LOL
Well I dropped in for wings @ Buffalo Wild Wings #795 here on Pine Island Road. Do note this is my first time here at this Buffalo Wild Wings location.
I arrived shortly after noon, and it was not busy at all. I was seated immediately and greeted by my server, Connor.
I took advantage of the lunch time special. Bone in wings with fries and a mountain dew ( No Coke products ).
I didn’t have to wait long for my meal and Connor was on his job repeatedly checking in with me.
Overall, as this was my first experience here, I would certainly consider returning. I would rate it, 5 out of 5 stars.

This is honestly great, atmosphere is wonderful and food is made to order so Always fresh. A lady with black hair and a blue shirt helped me out and she’s was incredible, very kind and all the employees were just as nice. Food tastes phenomenal and I will gladly come again. First time ordering with buffalo wild wings and Connor was amazing with my family. The conversation over the phone was very positive and upbeat, once we got to the restaurant he greeted us with a big smile and hug and made sure the food was correct. We will definitely be back and requesting for Connor to serve us!

I paid $8 for these onion rings. There were only 8 so I basically paid $1 per onion ring which is freaking wild. I looked through the pictures for this location and people who ate there and got a side of onion rings got more. So it seems they skimp on you when you order to go. If this came to my table I would have sent it back but they get away with it when you order through a delivery service. Which won’t be happening again.

Love our local BWS. Usually eat in the bar area. The staff is attentive, food comes quickly and is delicious, drinks have great flavor so taps are great. Clean open areas. We get the southern chicken sandwich, buffalo chicken wrap and fried pickles. Very consistent and great flavor.

First time here. 1-6-26: around noon. Not a busy place at all. Food was ok…it’s just bar food so no great expectations. Very hot in the restaurant due to the open garage doors near the bar. Not good in Florida heat.
The stuffed tot appetizer was good. Service was HORRIBLE. Finished our lunch before the server ever came back to check in. Drinks had been sitting there empty until it was time for the bill. Tea was served warm, ice melted as soon the drink was served. Manager was checking on tables but never made it to ours until we had piled up all of the dirty dishes & empty glasses at the end of the table. He asked quickly how everything was. I got out “food was ok, service was awful” before he was gone…muttered “I’m sorry about that” as he walked away.
Took 15 minutes for the server to bring our $75 check. Left a tip, of course, but it was commensurate with the level of service. Server had ZERO personality and couldn’t smile if his left depended on it.

Horrible service. If any service at all. Walked in the front door there is no hostess, no greeter, no bartender or manager in sight. The restaurant is empty…I counted a total of 4 tables. The take out person walked by me twice saw me standing in the front desk and completely ignored me. I stood there a total of 10 minutes while two servers are standing at high top table leaning on chairs having a very deep conversation. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Very disappointed in the lack of service and hospitality. Still waiting on take out food as I write this. Please DO BETTER! WONT BE BACK.

I am a regular customer of BWW all over, this was the worst I have seen. By the reviews, I understand why is was basically empty on a Saturday night. Our waiter did great checking in withus, but he was in a hurry all the time trying to keep up with what appeared to be low staffing or uncaring staff. Lots of people waiting for to-go orders. My favorite food is Onion rings and they were awful. Definitely had a stench in the air. Best thing was the beer was cold.

Only one server who was also covering the bar. Restaurant was practically empty. 4 people at Bar and our table and one other. My daughter’s sandwiches came out before my boneless wings, they were done eating by the time my food came out. The medium sauce was so heavy and thick it killed the taste of the chicken. The cheese steak is nothing like the picture on the menu. The sampler plate was okay.
Service was okay but having to wait 10 minutes to pay and go shouldn’t have happened.
