I was greeted and welcomed by a staff of about 5 smiling employees when I walked in. I was there for a school fundraiser and chatted with the Manager, Patrick, for a couple minutes. The staff here is exceptional. My food was really good. I also noticed that the interior of this store was nicer than any wendys I’ve ever been in. Great job to the team!

Unfortunately, everyone having a bad experience takes the time to leave a review but when they get everything right, we typically just take it for granted and enjoy the food while it’s hot and go back about our day so establishments like this Wendy’s get a bad reputation according to the reviews which is why I wanted to let anyone trading these that I have never had a bad experience at this Wendy’s and actually enjoy that they usually get everything right, but when there is any issue they will go above and beyond to make it right so before jumping on here to leave a negative review, communicate the issue with them first and you’ll realize how great their customer service is because things do go wrong, it’s life, but it’s how mistakes are handled that allow places like this to really shine!

So, I ordered my food on a kiosk and as well paid via the kiosk, and approximately five minutes later, my assigned number was called to receive my order.The only interaction with the staff was being handed my order and I was on my way. Today is 8-21-25. I did an online order for 20 items for breakfast for my class for the PO. I cannot be more appreciative on how friendly the staff were to me .They apologize that it would be a wait and I apologize for even doing a large order that early in the morning and they had the best vibe for a morning crew. I wish I got there name. They definitely need the recognition on having a good soul even if it just a fast food restaurant. The hospitality definitely exceeded. GREAT JOBS TO THOSE EMPLOYEE! YOU FOREVER BE IN MY HEART. Kindness is free and they definitely deliver that service!

We order the new Bacon Cheddar Burgers and the Baconator fries tonight. We recieved fries with cheese, no bacon, and ordinary cheeseburgers with bacon. There was no cheddar bun, no onion strings, and no customizations. To top it off, it was straight out of the fridge cold. You can see in the pictures the cheese isn’t even melted.
When I called the manager, he said “That’s not possible, I made that order myself.” He made no effort to even attempt to remedy the situation. Well…pictures speak a thousand words, people. Will be calling corporate next after the weekend.

The customer service here is not good. I had a question about an item on the menu and it was as simple as sizing and apparently that calls for a supervisor. I had ordered one of the new strawberry pop tart frosty and paid for it but I got just a vanilla strawberry frosty, no pop tart pieces. The fact that I paid for the extra 1.50 for something they did not put in my frosty . The employees including the manager who had to speak to me for some reason was very rude and dismissive. To top it off, I waited over 20 minutes in line when there was only one car at the window and I was at the box. Training for customer service and efficiency needs to take place here at this location. Very disappointing.

We Arrived there in the am before the store opened. The front door was opened so we walked in. The manager didn’t questioned us being there. He promptly called the cashier and she took care of us. He with a smile prepared our meal; which was hot and fresh. The frosty very thick. This particular Wendy’s have the drinking cups by the condiments so you (once paid) will serve yourselve your drink. The bathroom and store just SPOTLESS! Ty

Got the new nacho burger meal and I was not impressed. The burger was far over cooked, dry, and cold like it had been sitting in a drawer for hours, the fries were cold and soggy, and there was a large piece of PLASTIC in the cheese. Would have been zero stars, but the lady and gentleman at the drive through were super sweet even though we could tell they were completely exhausted and over worked.
If I hadn’t just got back into town after a 2 hour drive from a long 3 day weekend working and camping for an event, I would have driven back and demanded a full refund. I’m just too tired to care at this point.

This location seems to have a big problem keeping competent staff. The last 2 times we went to the drive thru they got our order wrong, despite using their app to place the order. One time they left a chicken sandwich out of our order, and today my chicken sandwich turned into a hamburger.
Very frustrating since we like the food, when we get the correct item, or it’s actually given to us.
