okay… i am not one to leave reviews. at all. and i’ve been coming to this wendy’s for years, and ive never had issues. but today i come inside the restaurant to eat which i NEVER do, and i cannot believe i just watched the people in the kitchen NOT WEARING GLOVES and putting chicken and fries in the fryer with their BARE HANDS… that’s DISGUSTING… that’s how people get sick and get food poisoning. i am not coming here again

You would think that using AI to take people’s orders would make the staff inside have an easier time with their jobs and perform better. That would be incorrect. Our order was missing items, we did not get a receipt and the cashier was rude.

This place is seriously dirty! It smells like old mop water when you come in! There is food on the floor in the cooking area there’s food in the lobby on the floor, where they look like they’re not sweeping it all the way there’s napkins and trash left on tables the soda machine squirt it out orange die all over the place and then squirt it out clear soda! So it’s not working properly the employees don’t even greet you they just look at you every single one of them were just staring at me and my family while we were at the counter and then when we were placing our order, the gentleman that took our order was not even in proper uniform, his pants were sagging they all look like they were lost and did not know what they were doing!

I don’t think I’ve ever had a saltier person serve me. They were so sour and unpleasant. I’m actually writing a review about it. The girl in the drive-through with a blue ponytail should never interact with people. EVER. (They also messed up my order )

Extremely rude Customer Service. This location recently installed an AI ordering system through their drive thru. As I was trying to place my order, I asked for their Number 5 (sandwich item only), the AI system told me twice that item did not exist and tried recommending something completely different. I restated the item again, because sometimes AI can misinterpret words. As I was trying to restate my order, a mans voice interrupted the AI and said “What is wrong with you? Are you stupid? She said we do not have that item!” (I am politely resphrasing what he said) Then another women’s voice came through on the speaker to cut him off and tried to apologize and explain that the AI may not have understood what I was asking for and for me to hold on one moment. At this point, I explained to the Lady that I would take my business elsewhere after that mans comment.

This place is trash ! They clearly have managers who don’t care about the quality of food they serve! The young girls at the window are rude and this my 2nd time ordering chili and both times it’s been something that was thrown together! Who would serve chili with a half of hamburger patty just sitting in the cup! Trust me I’ll be back for my refund! And with no receipt because the girl at the window was poppin it and didn’t even give me a receipt after saying “everything is in the bag”

AI ordering system that is frustrating to use and still got the order wrong. Got the wrong sandwich and was missing food. Tried to go back through the drive thru and they wouldn’t fix it unless I went inside. Cashier at the drive thru was rude.

Since new management. Service is horrible. 3 cars waiting in drive thru to be pulled over due not having food ready. 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich is ridiculous.
