Their biggie meal for $6 is really awesome. The french fries are usually so yummy, they were cold, so they made me a fresh batch and I got more than what I expected.

Ordered delivery thru the Wendy’s app at 9pm when closing isn’t until 1am. Said they didn’t have chocolate frosty nor strawberry syrup. They also made me a fish sandwhich and i didn’t know until i asked the driver to get extra tarter sauce that they had no tarter and made my sandwhich without it (who wants a dry fish sandwhich?) so had i not asked they would have just made with with nothing. The driver said they said it was because they were close to closing. 4 hours before the store closed and no chocolate frosty base. No strawberry syrup and no tartar sauce for the brand new sandwhich they just rereleased.

Place is a scam… went through the drive thru, placed my order, and tried to pay with a gift card. Guess what, my gift cards got declined. I paid for my order with my debit, but I thought it was odd because these were new gift cards. So, I went to the app and BAM! instantly loaded $20 on my account from the card that “declined”. ON TOP OF THAT MY ORDER WAS WRONG

RAW CHICKEN!!!! I am very unsatisfied with my experience here. We got our food and after I took a bite of my crispy chicken sandwich I was disgusted to find out it was raw. After discovering this we lost our appetites, threw the rest of the food out, and immediately went inside to get a refund because serving raw chicken is unacceptable and repulsive. We showed the manager the raw chicken and he first offered another sandwich, which I immediately declined and told them I wanted a refund. The manager said I can only get a refund if I bring them the rest of the food, which I already threw out because we were too disgusted to eat anything else. All I could get out of them was a 10pc nugget to make up for the raw chicken I was served. My experience here was a waste of my time and my family and I could have gotten very sick!!! Don’t come here unless you want to get served raw chicken!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at this Wendy’s location. As a local resident living within walking distance, I have consistently valued the convenience and affordability of this restaurant, particularly during challenging times. Today, I placed a mobile order through Uber for pickup, and upon arrival, I approached the counter while monitoring my phone, which indicated that my order was still being prepared. The shift leader, recognizable by her blue button-down shirt, gave me a questioning look, prompting me to inform her that I had a mobile order. She then turned to a man wearing a black shirt, who appeared to be searching for my order on the POS system. Moments later, my phone displayed an apology message stating that Wendy’s was unable to fulfill my order. I inquired about canceling the order, and the man claimed that this was not possible. When I asked if he was the general manager, he confirmed that he was. I expected him to offer to take my order while accessing the POS system, but he did not. Despite waiting for a few seconds, he failed to take my order . Notably, my past experiences at this location have been exceptional, but the service I received today was subpar, and the staff seemed unconcerned with upholding the brand’s standards or providing a welcoming experience for a local customer

I had a terrible experience at this Wendy’s. I asked for a refund for an upcharge on a drink they didn’t even have, and instead of handling it professionally, the staff laughed at me. The manager was present and did nothing to correct their behavior. When I later called to ask for the district manager’s number, Shawn rudely refused to provide it and told me to “Google it.” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

You have to order – in a drive thru – through an AI chat bot. It’s so awful. It takes forever, does not understand American standard (God help you if you have an accent), and is a clear effort to cheapen an already cheap experience.

Very disappointed. Ordered the Bacanator Fries and they gave me a sad excuse for loaded fries. They did not have any shredded cheese and the bacon was added on top just like that would add it at a diner with pancakes and eggs.
