Best fast food burgers I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t know what they do, but every time my wife and I come here the food is outstanding. And it’s not just their burgers, their biscuits are fluffy and buttery, chicken is nice and crispy and moist, and sides are good. Staff has always been super friendly, patient, and helpful.

Whether I go to the West Rome or Armurchee restaurant, I always get great service, hot food, and no long waiting time. The breakfast platter is the best!! I love their biscuits and the fried chicken was better than the chicken places around town. I should know, I eat out alott!! ❤️❤️

I always enjoy eating Jack’s food. Today I was in Jack’s with my mother on shorter avenue. As always the atmosphere was nice and the employees friendly. Today there was a young man working as a cashier named Chris, I asked his name because he stood out to me. Although he was busy, he made special effort to make each customer feel special. Keep up the great work jacks.

Avoid at all costs.
Never leave bad reviews…would much rather just move on. But I have had it with this place. Jacks is a good franchise and good food. Cheap. But this restaurant…wow. People just hanging out in the dining area like a homeless encampment, crap all in the parking lot, then as you look behind the counter at where the food is prepped….wow…just…wow. It is disgusting. Flour every where, storage areas wide open. Then the service is just as disgusting…no one knew about my take out order, paid for extra sauce only to be told by the cat wearing the rasta hat that “we don’t have none” then when I said well I paid for extra of that can I get something else as there is none in the bag…it was a total inconvenience.
This visit after the last time we were up there, there was an employee berating some of the other employees to the point of uncomfortable and thought a race war was about to break out. Emailed corporate, got a call from the manager…apologized, but nothing for a “hey, our bad”.
I will go to Centre AL if I really want Jacks from now on. Corporate Jacks should be ashamed of what they are letting this one turn into…not to mention their last score…80. And how they got 80, I have no clue.
Go somewhere else…..

Food not fit to eat. Corn dog looked like it was cooked twice to heat it up so hard could barely eat and Luke warm. Ask for extra seasoning on fries and got none. Pie was best part of meal.

First time at this location and second Jack’s visit. No different than my first time, very friendly staff and for d cooked to order. Although it’s a typical fast food menu, their quality and value seems a lot better than other national chains. The interior of the store was clean and not a crowded order area as some places are like. The prices for what you get can’t be beat. Will definitely be returning more often.
UPDATE SINCE LAST VISIT: I may have just went back on a bad day but no one should be in food service if you can’t treat customers respectfully. They had no personality except for negative. Although my receipt reflected the correct meal and how it should be, it was incorrect and they REALLY didn’t seem happy to correct it. Not sure I want to go back here if this is how they treat customers. Once I got my food, it was good and taste fine burger is similar to a steak n shake. Steak n shake may have been the best choice.

Stopped in for breakfast. Deluxe breakfast i think. Great food and very reasonably priced. 20 something year old black m sa n at front counter is an asset to your store. Awesome customer service.
