I really like Wendy’s, but not this branch. Service was horrible via drive thru. Rushed, moody and hard to understand. Horrible. On top of that I got my order wrong, and when I came back to tell them, I got argued about. I asked for crispy chicken with my salad, just to get a vocabulary lesson that they call it classic. Crispy is crispy. Sorry. Not grilled. She kept arguing with me and I even offered to pay it again if it was needed (even though I said crispy), and she just kept arguing with me. For sure I’m not coming back again to this branch.

Polite staff and fast service. I got the bacon cheeseburger biggie bag without mayo and thankfully there was none haha. The nuggets were good and the fries were fresh. Not sure when it happened but Wendy’s upped their fries game. They were solid!

Always sit at the window and waste thier time to check your food and that it is actually right. Ordered on the app and they forgot literally half the order. Come back less than 10 minutes later and it was still 25 minutes before they closed and when I get to the speaker the guy says in a rude and sassy tone “uh sorry we’re closed” and I explain what happened and says in a even more sassy tone “well uh you’ll have to go on the app”

First we made the order and when we finish ordering they tell us that the card service to pay doesn’t work, my husband takes out a $100 bill (which was what we had at the time) and the girl who is at the cash desk tells us to wait , she returns with the Manager and she opens the box and tells her that there is enough but the girl returns the $100 bill saying that she has no change and laughing mockingly. My husband goes to DD looking for change since I was hungry and it was my lunch hour at work, we couldn’t waste time. When we finish paying and we are eating we see the other lady who was complaining to the manager about something else, she was paying with the card. I really don’t come back, whenever I go to Wendy’s either the order is wrong or something is missing or the customer service is lousy from the workers to the manager.

Best time is lunch time I’ve found. Always check your bags for what you ordered any other time I feel as left there without so much food and kids drinks etc. Lunch time just eat more consistent.
