I visited this location and used the bathroom. When it was time for me to leave, I noticed I was locked in there. I stayed locked in for more than 15 minutes. I kept on knocking, screaming for help, calling their main number (no answer). Called my family who kept on calling as well. I had to call 911. Then 5-7 minutes later, the call a guy opened the door and stated very loud oh I don’t know why you locked in there I put the cone so nobody close the door. Meanwhile I did not notice any cone when I was getting in. And saw the sirens of 911 and proceeded to say yes she called 911. No one in the store asked me how I was doing. This is such a big red flag for safety. Worst store ever.

I visited this location while dropping my daughter off nearby and stopped because I was hungry and interested in a promotion advertised on the front of the store. When I asked for clarification at the drive-thru, my initial question was answered, but when I followed up, the employee stopped responding altogether.
I eventually found the information on the menu myself. When I pulled up to the window, the interaction felt unwelcoming and lacked basic customer service. While the food itself was fresh, the attitude and lack of professionalism significantly impacted the experience.
As someone with a background in hospitality, I understand that everyone can have an off day, but courtesy and communication are essential in customer service. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

#3072. Get to window ask for BBQ sauce, lady wanted to charge me .50 cent. I told her I didn’t get one in the bag. Man in blue shirt who I think was a manger insisted with attitude it was in the bag and shewed me off. I get home my burgers cold and no bbq with shitty service. Never again

Good food but the company has been extremely petty this year. All i want is a side of mayo but the last 5 times ive gone, different places, all say the same thing, oh, we dont have mayo. Yet half their sandwiches come with it. This is stupid, your losing a customer over mayo. They are super cheap with sauces but somehow they cant ever give me the correct ones even if i do pay for them.

Rather it’s fast food or fancy food it should be quality food and exceptional service. That’s what I got here. Came for the lunch left with my review in tact! This Wendy’s has excellent customer service, good food and it’s super clean and festive. A delight for a quick lunch and a small break from your every day routine. I’m glad I stopped here especially after yesterday’s ordeal! This one will definitely go down as one of my favorites. I hope you’re experience is as good as mine. #enjoy #wendys

So I went through the drive thru this morning to get a couple sandwiches. I simply asked the lady to add tomato and onion to my sandwich to which she replied. “No, that’s for lunch sir, I cant add that to your sandwich”. What???? Why? Then I asked to add bacon which she charged me for and never added. Rude unprofessional employees working at this location. Why is it so hard to add a tomato and onion? Ill tell you why, laziness. I should be able to add any ingredient they carry to my order period. Do better.

Went by today 02/ 23 at 7:50 and there was no one working as I saw them all arrived!!!! And the restaurant opens at 6:30a!!!! I get a few mins late but a whole hour and 1/2!!!! Owner you are loosing business by keeping the employees scheduled to work the am shift today.

I stopped by to grab some breakfast and decided to try the breakfast baconator. The sandwich was pretty good but would’ve been better on wheat bread.
The mens restroom looked like it was cleaned earlier and had a few puddles left on the floor after mopping. It would’ve been nice to have paper towels to dry your hands after washing because that blow-dry machine keeps germs moving from one person to the next.
They need to take a minute to sweep the floor behind the counter every now and then. And the outside was pretty clean compared to most locations.
