By far the most disappointing nachos I’ve seen. They are supposed to be chicken bacon and ranch. For $15 I was better off getting free chips and salsa. I got a pile of whatever that is. Bartender was nice. I’m honestly shocked this place is still in business given the quality and hit or miss customer service.

It used to be good idk what happened but we won’t be returning cause that was $70 down the drain! They Brought the “loaded” Mac and cheese not loaded as well as forgot my pickles for the mini burgers. They had to go back and get that corrected they took the Mac and cheese back to the” kitchen”and sprinkled what made it loaded on top . Also it was just noodles sitting in sauce like very very liquidy my husbands as well. He ordered the smokehouse platter thing and the chicken was like a piece of jerky . we only ordered two meals and an appetizer and it was very meh. The beef queso dip was chili dip with fake meat not real ground /shrrdded beef at all the texture of the “beef” was very weird .. they should mention that in the menu that it’s can chili flavored ..

I’m a big fan of Chili’s and I eat there quite often. This was the first time I visited the Chili’s in Indian Land SC. Our server, Michael G. was outstanding. We were dining with my 103-year-old mother. Michael was so attentive and made sure that my Mom had anything she needed. He even gave her a travel cup filled with Coca-Cola to take home with her leftover lunch.

The hostess was exceptional. What a gem you have there. We all noticed she was the only one hustling and moving with purpose. Cleaning off tables wiping them down ,sweeping. And seating customers too. The others could learn from that. Our server was nice enough. The food came out quick but it seems to confuse the staff when they are bringing out the food that someone else took the order for. The Cajun pasta was just pasta with chicken and very light dusting of Cajun spice. It was lacking spice and Cajun flavor. Everyone else appeared to like their dishes.

Ok so we was in area and decided to stop in, not to crowded for a Sunday afternoon around 2pm. Thought it be good service and good food. Well no. Waiter was very preoccupied with himself. Busy running around doing nothing. We decided to be seated at bar! The bartender had a couple and two tables he was attending at time, when we sat down. Took a very long time to get food then had to ask for silverware, napkins and refills on water. I think the manager served us our food seen him visiting other tracks asking if everything was OK. When he ask us I was in mid sentence asking for napkins when he walked away.
I Ordered a full rack of ribs and was charged $20.69!! I Only received a half rack and they were overcooked and tuff. The broccoli was not fully cooked.(see pic) no I didn’t complain!! Took home to dogs. It took so long to get food I surely didn’t want to stay any longer. My husband ordered the dinner chicken fajita and was not impressed. Awful, the rice was over salted and if the color brown had a taste the rice would’ve been it.

Not a bad place with delicious ribs. Friendly staff. Large margarita. Typical American design, but cleaner than similar establishments.

Ordered a chicken crisper combo to go. The fries were cold that I paid an upcharge for cheese fries and the white cheddar Mac and cheese was not a full cup. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. My suggestion is to eat in.

I ordered a pick three that included chicken quesadilla and a side of fries. They gave a sprinkle of fries where the spaces are that is where they put my soup cups (I had two). The quesadilla were completely over cooked. This is ridiculous..based on the reviews including mine they need new management.
