Employees rush you when ordering, are uninterested in making sure your order is right, and when it’s wrong you’re rushed out of the line because of their ticket time. Manager was extremely rude snapping at me to get out of their line (was there maybe 20 seconds) when I was checking my food. It was made incorrectly and I was told to wait in the parking spot but he wouldn’t allow me to tell him how it was supposed to be, he walked away and saying “yeah okay yeah okay” He brought my food out and I asked if he could wait a second for me to just check it (so he didn’t have to walk back to my car) and he looked at me and turned back around walking away. He mumbled something and kept walking. Like I’ve worked in this industry, and there is never a need to act like this or a manager be this rude.

Worst location. The staff will ignore you at the drive thru, act like you are inconviencing them if you go in to order, and yell at you if you ask to cancel the order after they make you wait 20 minutes for a single sandwich and drink.

Just left there. It’s not busy but there are 4-5 young guys on the clock. They’re totally chimping out. Horseplaying, cat calling females that come in, yucking it up with each other. Doing pretty much anything but work. Ketchup was empty, no napkins. Dude watched me and didn’t do anything. When I asked, he said he didn’t speak English and walked away.

Worst service ever. Went in asking about a $20 bundle they have posted on the wall. The guy tried to charge everything individually for a total of $11 more to it. He brought up his so called manager Emely and you can tell she didn’t even want to deal with it, she ignored the issue, never once asked us what we needed help with but went with the guy that was taking our order. I’m guessing they were dealing with another issue in the drive thru and we we were left unattended without them even trying to solve our problem. All we wanted to do was eat ?? Me and my family waited 5 minutes seeing if someone was gonna come back to take our order but ended up leaving cause of the poor unprofessional customer service the manager had
