The biggest disappointment I had today, order by phone, pick up at the store I leave almost when I arrive at my house they give me the wrong order, I go back to the store I explain it is a Jr bacon cheeseburger they prepare it for me with laughter without apologies and again when I arrive at my house I find this apparently Wendys forget what a Jr bacon cheeseburger is

Went to this location for lunch on 7/24. Waited in the drive thru line 10 minutes. Went inside after waiting and waited another 10 minutes. The young lady at the register was doing her best. No sense of time with the others. Slow and unaware of the environment around them. Food was average for a busy store. The vending machine for beverages had nothing of choice as all NON Diet/sugar free were EMPTY! How does a fast food restaurant allow things to get to this level. We would recommend Visiting a different fast food restaurant or different WENDY’S location.

I love Wendy’s restaurants with deep nostalgia and appreciation for their menu but this location in particular constantly offers poor service. On more than one occasion I’ve driven away from the drive through queue due to waiting upwards of 5 minutes per vehicle with no sense of urgency from staff or management. Fast food is supposed to be fast.

Wendy’s always has good food I think, but this one is not great. Can never tell if they are open or not, never can use Apple Pay and never have cash on me because they won’t use the register at the front and only use the drive thru register, this morning I gave a manager a 10 for breakfast and she took it and handed me my coffee and then left and a cook handed me my sandwich and she never came back with my change, or gave me a receipt. The guy closed the window and left to. So basically even thought a few dollars I still think it’s a form of theft on their part. Of course it will be my word to theirs and won’t get anything done about it , just everyone beware of this wendys.

This place is great! If you want to wait forever in the drive thru. They are incapable of taking an order until the customer at the pickup window drives away. Also if you don’t care if you get the correct food or not. And if you don’t mind if you have to repeat your order 4 times and they still get it wrong because they do not understand simple English. Other than that, it’s great.

I pulled in and they had a note on the drive thru speaker saying it was broken pull forward for your order. No problem till I waited my turn. Then I sat at the window for service. I watched the guy behind me go park, go inside, place his order and leave with his food. While the employees inside watched me. I had to go inside to place my order after sitting in my car with my window open watching all the employees walk by with their window open and nobody would take my order. I will not be back.

If I could give them a negative 1 I would. I wait in line behind 5 cars just to see a sign “cash only” taped on the screen/microphone area. The girl eventually comes on and when I ask about it she responds with “you can come in for card use.” I pull around the building, walk into the store, wait another 5-10 min in line just to be told that they don’t take cards inside either. These people along with the management at this store needs some serious training!!! People have limited amount of time for a lunch break and wasting 20-30 min only because someone is completely incompetent is not acceptable! Train your people!!! While at it, teach them some common sense also!!! Ridiculous!

I rarely write bad reviews but this location needs a Wake up call. I really hope District manager can take sometime to review the leadership at this location. Today i decided to go into this location to grab a quick lunch for my kids. I decided to go inside versus the drive-thru since it looked really busy. When i walked in, there was no one inside waiting. Nakeisha took my order. She was really sweet and i felt so bad for her because you can tell she was new and clearly was not getting the support she needed from anyone.

When we first walked in, we received some strange looks. The staff was rude and seemed annoyed we walked in to have breakfast. We tried to order and the person at the register cut us off. They were having technical issues so we waited but they would not explain to us what was going on. The place smelled like dirty water and the service was poor. DO NOT GO HERE.
