Foods decent,but taking away the $5 grab bag was a sad mistake and now you get less for your $ only 2 items for $4+tax instead of 4 items for $5 which works with today’s struggling economy…! Gwt it back and you’ll see a $ change re cidually. Wake up!

Second day in a row eating here. First time double bacon cheeseburger had no bacon. Today’s double bacon cheeseburger has a single patty. Yesterday ordered one Frosty got charged for two. Today I got a frosty swirl but all the strawberry is in the bottom.

Not only was the tall Haitian guy with braids/ dreads was rude to the car in front of me. But he was also rude to me when I ordered.. then when I got to the window he questioned me why was I so mad.. I told him you were rude to me and the car in front of me.. not only did you not welcome me , you questioned me at the window.. then when I spoke to the manager which he looked like he was 17 years old … he also had a attitude.. and told me I didn’t have to come back … the problem today is they are too comfortable with where their at and the grateful attitude has left… I told him he better be glad I was a changed person or he would be getting snatched out the drive thru window next time … and on top of that the food was terrible. … who ever the night crew is need to do better because next time we’re goin to have issues

Ordered a vanilla Frosty swirl, got charged for a vanilla and a chocolate. Ordered a junior stack burger with no cheese and of course it has cheese on it. I eat at Wendy’s regularly but if the person taking the order can’t get it right I’m definitely not coming back. They never did give me a total or I would have caught the fact they double charged me.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at the Wendy’s drive-thru located at [3741 W Blue Heron Blvd
Riviera Beach, FL 33404
United States] on [June 30 2025 @ 9:00pm]. I was simply trying to place an order when the employee at the speaker responded in a rude and disrespectful tone. When I asked for BBQ sauce, the employee made a sarcastic and uncalled-for remark, mocking my request as if it were a joke. Not only was it unprofessional, but it also made me feel embarrassed and disrespected for no reason.

It’s incredibly frustrating as a paying customer to be treated with such disregard. The tone used was condescending, and the attitude made it seem as though my presence or request was a bother to them. If employees can’t maintain basic courtesy and professionalism, especially in customer-facing roles, it reflects poorly on the company as a whole.

I expect better from a national chain like Wendy’s. I am not asking for special treatment — just the basic decency and respect any customer deserves. I hope this issue is addressed appropriately, whether through retraining or disciplinary action. I will think twice before returning to this location and will be sharing this experience with others unless I see meaningful improvement.
