I ordered a simple meal the operating machine that they have outside. I asked them to repeat the order and the machine is not capable of letting me know that they don’t have a specific drink.
Very highly upset at the fact, the lady in the drive-through was on her phone talking to her mother
I get it you gotta talk to somebody. I understand, but at least inform me that you guys don’t have the drink that I want and not just force me to take the drink. I specifically asked is this the cold brew cold foam?
It’s what I ordered she said no we don’t. I just put cream in it like if that’s a solution. If you guys don’t have my drink, replace it just to avoid an argument or an altercation because the young lady was still talking to her mom I took the cup and left but next time I would love to be informed if they don’t have something that I am paying for it it’s weird. They tell me they don’t have it one day and the next following day I go and they have it to me. It just sounds like people just don’t know how to operate the machine or they just don’t want to.
Because that looks like regular coffee to me

This Wendy’s is using AI for the drive through, 2 time in a roll it mess up my order, today is cut out ans did not even take an order. I am not going to the Wendy’s anyone till that get rid of it. It make the experience unpleasant. I hope the GM removes

Horrible service 8 cars in the drive way , waiting for more then 15 minutes in drive way and none of the cars moving at all for more then 15 minutes. Two men standing in the drive thru window laghing. Never come to this Wendy’s again. Completely rediculous. Oct. 12, 2025, Sunday 5:12pm. Employees playing around instead of working, horrible. My small kids were hungry and falling asleep in the car because of the long wait, had to get out of the line and go to another Wendy’s. Horrible service.

I love wendys but I’ve had so many issues with this one by my house

Wrong sizes, wrong items, missing items, flat sodas(that one is understandable but still gotta mention) cold food, never answering the phone when I have an issue, rude service at times, and no serving up raw chicken in the sandwich…….

If I could give zero stars I would. Went 4/16/25 absolute WORST service ever. The woman taking my order in the drive thru had such a condescending attitude it was appalling. I ordered chicken nuggets, she even asked what kind of sauce I wanted, which I replied BBQ, then when I get my food it wasn’t there. She asked with an attitude how many? She had the nerve to say “that is why I asked you to check the screen” which she did not!!! At this point I said if I wasn’t charged I don’t even want them. I wanted away from as soon as possible. Train your workers better. A customer should not be treated like that at all. Not to.mention the food is overpriced. I will NEVER return to this rude place again. I don’t recommend anyone to go there.
