Terrible customer service! We ordered two Baconators, and the girl, who was distracted by her phone, gave us two chicken sandwiches instead—one regular and one spicy that was inedible. This is truly the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. ZERO RECOMMENDATION.

It has to take less than 5 minutes to make a burger. I just got the oldest most disgusting burger. Even the wrapper looked old like it had been previously unwrapped and rewrapped. I think this Wendy’s is one of the worst I have ever been to. The drive thru wasn’t even busy with like 5 employees in there. Ridiculous and gross.

I understand everyone has a day one on their job but please please know the menu. The new employee was guessing what each menu item had. When asked of she was certain of what she said she first said yes and then…. “no this is my first day”. When we got the order EVERYTHING was wrong. Please improve your training supervisor because you dropped the ball on this employee.

Stopped by Wendy’s for breakfast and it was a great experience. I ordered the Breakfast Baconator and it was fresh, hot, and made just right you can really tell it was prepared with care. Definitely one of the better fast-food breakfasts I’ve had I’ll be coming back for sure every time I’m heading to work

It is 9pm 2/12/18, not busy at all and it is filthy, trash cans are full to the top, no ketchup, no napkins, trash all over the service stand, about half the sodas are unavailable on both machines, the bathroom floor has urine and trash everywhere etc. It takes way to long for someone to take your order,and an employee has their kids running around the place like it’s their own home. The manager should be fired. Not coming back to this place.

It took me 10 minutes to get my order taken when there was no other customers. Then waited another 15 minutes to get my order and when I got home then sausage was burnt to the point it was like jerky.
