I waited 25+ minutes for an order that I made through the drive thru. I don’t mind waiting for fresh food but that’s a crazy amount of time, especially counting the fact that they were slow and there was nobody in the store or drive thru AND the fact that the lady said it would only take 5 minutes. People who were just coming into the store were getting their orders before mine. Very nice people who work there but VERY slow.

My take-out experience at this KFC location on Hillsborough Avenue was wonderful! The store was easy to find, and the parking was plentiful. The service from the young man behind the counter and Yamelys, the manager, was excellent. My bucket of chicken contained all of the correct pieces. The taste of the chicken was outstanding. The extra-crispy chicken is just the way it was originally intended many years ago, extra-crispy. The coating was not soggy, and the chicken was juicy and flavorful. I’ve visited many different KFC locations here in the USA and in other countries, but the service and food at this KFC location is by far the best. Highly recommended.

We ordered the spicy wings through the drive Tru. The woman made sure to tell us that these wings were made to order and if that was OK. We said yes. So we pulled around to front door parking and she brought them out to us when they were ready. She had a great personality and awesome customer service, restaurant was being cleaned inside by another employee, wings were hot, fresh, crunchy, and cooked very well. This will definitely be the KFC we keep coming back to!

had been stopping in every other week for a month or so. EVERYTIME has not be a good time , and i came back because i a firm believer that everyone can have a bad day, First experience, I had asked for 2 legs in my combo. They were the size of a drumette wing!! My second experience the customer service was off, and the biscuits were hard. Today i ordered the famous bowl, before i even pulled of i checked the biscuit it was as hard as a ROCK. the lady came back to the window and said what … i said this is very hard , She said okay they are all like that! i was like okay than i want a fresh one, she shuts the window comes back 5 seconds later and handed me the same biscuit just heated up in the microwave!!! my food was sloppy all over the bag.. its safe to say this is just another shitty location in the Tampa Bay area

I went in and asked if they had anything I could eat because my phone was inop I have tap on me only at the time. I was on my bicycle I really wanted KFC and there is not one close to my house. I know that KFC has leftover stuff slot of the times a friend of mine is a big wig so to speak at YUM brands so I’m very familiar with the chain and from Kentucky. This hateful manager told me that she worked 60 hours a week if she can that I can and told me I can get a job. This the rudest most hateful thing any person at a restaurant ever said to me. This lady was ugly down to her core. Will be reporting this to corporate.

Everytime I go into this establishment I’m met with discrimination from the manager nothing but disrespect and rudeness just because your face is on the wall for over 15 years doesn’t mean you can act or say whatever you want there’s no sense of professionalism if you don’t like your job let someone else have it who will love what they do instead sit leaving a miserable immature manager lead a store an show other employees how not to be a manager this has happened countless times I’ve been embarrassed by this manager a couple times already infront of other customers and employees this lady should not be the head of an establishment and there should be some investigation into the manager

I ordered through the app and they were fast to prepare the order. I ordered dark meat bucket with the original recipe. The chicken were very greasy and the meat was a little bit tough.
