Ordered from a robot. Waited in line for 50 minutes (only because my son really wanted the food). Never made it to the front. Still had 3 cars ahead of me. Parked my car to go inside; inside was worse than outside!

Took my son home where we made some smash burgers and bonded over our horrible experience!

I was the only person there. It took more than 5 minutes to get any acknowledgement of my existence. I had to ask for someone to take my order. Then wait another 5 minutes while they discussed who was taking my order. Then 5 more to get my meal. Ridiculously poor service.

Today omg I had a good experience let me tell you guys. The restaurant very clean nice and quiet. The cashier was very nice to me and the food ! Was soooo hot and fresh I cant believe that to be honest I never thought it would be this fresh. I had to blow my food that’s how hot it was I am so happy and grateful for the manager Miss Guerlincia for doing a great job with the restaurant and food. I am leaving so happy had good food in my tummy and they treated me so nice. Thank you so much keep up the good work.

Customer service is nonexistent at this location. I come to this location often overnight and no one is ever pleasant. No hi, no you’re welcome after I say thank you just awkward silence and then the window slams after I receive my food. If it wasn’t for my husband wanting a late night snack I would never come to this location.

I went back, but this is for sure the last time. I go inside, as soon as I walk in there is a homeless man demanding to see the manager. The homeless man claim he was promised food but the manager wasn’t there and the employees wouldn’t give it to him so he’s screaming “Call the police, put me in the electric chair!”, the leader on duty had the phone to her ear for over 10 minutes (No way it could’ve been 911) customers are scared to stand in the pick up area. We made our order, but as I’m standing there the girl from the drive thru used a cup as a laddle to pour lemonade from a container into the cup. I watched several people do this even the front cashier after dealing with money. This is gross because I know they are grabbing different parts of the top on the cup and dipping the entire side of the cup inside the container. One of the soda dispensers in the lobby didn’t have ice and most of the drinks were out of order in both machines. The machine was filthy with caked up soda so no way they are following their weekly cleaning plan for the company. I asked for my drink to be filled in the drive thru but that’s also a risk since I couldn’t see the machine over there. There was a puddle right in front of the soda machine that every employee disregarded even after I let them know. Last but not least the employee fulfilling orders argued with me and the cashier that took our order over a fry that we upgraded on our meal even after the cashier who took our order told her we are suppose to have it cause we upgraded all of our meals, all she had to do was look at the screen then look in the bag but she kept asking me verbally what did I order. I said “Ma’am what I ordered is on the screen do you want the receipt?” Then she said “it’s only a fry” as if we were the one shouting and giving her a hard time lol. I would never give that Wendy’s my money again EVER! We deserve better in this community so if I want nuggets I’ll just take the drive to Chic Fil A.
