I went tonight and I ordered some food my favorite thing is the grilled cheese so I got one we get home and it’s 11:57 I go to take a bite of my grilled cheese and it’s like there was no cheese I had already noticed it wasn’t very toasted so I open and I literally just looked like some little bit of cheese was between my bread so I go to the sonic on midkiff because they are closer to me I get there at 12am right when they close I pushed the button 3 times no one every answered I waited and finally someone comes on after me sitting there for over 10 mins saying that they couldn’t do anything because they were closed and for me to go back tomorrow to possibly get my order remade or refund and the bad thing is they didn’t even give me my receipt

Well it took roughly 20 mins to get a sandwich which was bread not toast. And the sausage is not cooked correctly either it’s pale no grill marks hardly like normal. Drink has too much syrup in it. This is probably the 5th chance I’ve taken there since it’s close but it’s just not worth it anymore. I don’t even partake in happy hour anymore I pay full price other places instead because it takes so long at every sonic location to get anything. I won’t be going back now I’ve learned my lesson.

Not much to say about Sonic. My order came out correct and the car hop who brought it was VERY cordial and friendly.
The wavy fries we’re great and the crispy chicken sandwich was tasty but a little dry.
The vanilla shake was excellent.

Tried ordering in person two times kept getting told hold on ordered online was told to be ready in 10 to 15 minutes Sat here 20 to 30 minutes and still have not received my food obviously understaffed and not attentive to what’s going on I’m a patient person and I tried my best to maintain but even after calling three times and still not getting a response yes we are not doing this

First we tried to pay over the monitor but screen told us it was in its way. That was at 2:44, didn’t get our order until 2:56. We order a wacky pack corndog, how are we suppose to give our 19 month old this corndog? Haven’t been here in a while but don’t think we’re coming back :(.

We waited for over 30 minutes for food they were very busy. I ordered the chicken club toaster combo with a strawberry banana shake. I posted a picture of what the sandwich looks like the shake you couldn’t even drink it it was so thick No Bananas in it whatsoever I will not be going here again

This location has really went down hill recently…my family just ordered our dinner from this location and it was in terrible condition this (just an example) was the large chili cheese tater tot I received….not only is the container barely half full but there is no cheese.
Everything else was burned to a crisp…so if your looking at the reviews before you head to this location just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Pushed the red button waited so long it went back to inactive. Pressed it again nothing. Moved to a different stall pressed the button waited 7 more minutes. Never had the opportunity to order. Disappointed

Update: Got a foot long hotdog. I believe it was over microwaved. Should be renamed leather dog.

Update: lost sales this morning. Was closed at 8:35am.

Crying shame I can’t order through the app half the time at this location. Always say: temporarily unavailable. I give up. Rosa’s sounds better anyway. Deleted the app. If you don’t want sales that’s fine. Remember people placing the order are more then likely in the lot already. Like I was. But pricing is higher when you order from the window vs the app. Don’t say it’s not because I’ve verified it.

I feel so bad for employees here the screens touch screens don’t work and when I went to leave tip for them it wouldn’t register, lady I spoke with said her management didn’t care that they didn’t work which is a shame because they survive on tips. DO BETTER SONIC!
